I've been struggling with writing this review because there are just TOO MANY GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT JENNA. I vividly remember when we booked her I looked at Tim and said, I think she could calm me down if everything goes haywire. She did.

While our wedding was relatively small (65) there were a lot of moving pieces given that we were getting married on Quadra island and not arriving until 24 hours before

Hiring Jenna for day-of coordination was easily one of the best decisions we made! We entrusted her with all the details of our day - she was organized, articulate, patient, and found ways to make even the most complex details come together.

We had some vendors who were at times challenging to get a hold of, and Jenna was able to reign them all in with no issues. We presented Jenna with a fairly long list of tasks with specific instructions and she executed them all without a problem (as far as we know!).

In the days leading up to the wedding, we peppered Jenna with changes and new tasks to the schedule she had already built. Jenna handled this wonderfully, reconfirming with our vendors and updating our timelines as requested. Not only that, Jenna would prompt us and ask the right questions (ones we didn't even think of) to help us ensure we were making all the right decisions.

Our wedding was no small task, with 250 guests and a ballroom flip under an hour and a half. Jenna worked with the hotel to handle all of this seamlessly. Jenna accompanied us to our final meeting with the venue, and it was priceless having her there - it was a relief (and impressive) to watch her manage all the final details. I basically had to sit there and not, while Jenna literally took all the stress off our shoulders so that we could actually enjoy those last few days!

Perhaps one of Jenna's strongest skills, the other being highly organized, was her personable and kind demeanor. She won over all of us, including my parents who continue to rave about Jenna to this day. Thank you Jenna!

Jenna was fantastic and it's so true that you get much more than just "day-of" coordination. She was always prompt to reply to my many emails and offer vendor recommendations and suggestions when I wasn't sure what I wanted. She was always patient and flexible with last minute changes and requests.

It was so nice to be able to just relax and entertain our friends and out of town guests in the days leading up to the wedding, knowing that Jenna was on it, confirming with Vendors and creating a detailed itinerary. The day of the wedding, I could rest easy knowing she was setting up the ceremony and reception spaces perfectly and throughout the day she ensured everything ran smoothly.

Apparently our whole floral arch for the ceremony toppled over in the wind during set up and Jenna dealt with this without issue. I was none the wiser until the next day! Which is exactly what you want as the bride! I had enough nerves to deal with as is, I don't know what I would have done without Jenna! She was knowledgeable, professional and delivered - for a very reasonable rate!

How amazing is Jenna of Revel Events? She is so amazing that I wish I could give her ten stars out of five. She is so amazing that I created a Wedding Wire account JUST to give her a review!

I cannot say enough good things about Jenna. My husband and I hired her for full wedding coordination, and she delivered! I didn't know wedding planning could be a relaxing, fun experience, but it really was. Jenna was very respectful of our budget and worked hard to suggest quality vendors that were within our price range. She kept us on schedule. I never had to worry because I knew if I should be working on something, Jenna would tell me. My preferred method of communication was by email, and Jenna was very responsive to anything big or small. She even worked during her honeymoon!

I joke that Jenna is a mind-reader, and I'm still a little suspicious! She matched us with vendors that meshed with our personalities and could see our vision clearly. We ended up with our wedding dream team. Even my husband, who is very picky, went with the very first DJ Jenna suggested. She hit the nail on the head every time!

As for cost, she is worth every penny if for nothing but the peace of mind she provides. However, Jenna did save us a lot of money by scouting out vendors within our budget. She also had great suggestions when we were planning the menu and open bar to ensure we wouldn't go over budget. Her expertise in what is necessary and what isn't was so incredibly helpful.

On the wedding day, I was able to focus 100% on having fun and getting married. Our wedding was an absolute blast, and our guests are still talking about it. I think this is proof of Jenna's talent.

I will recommend Jenna to everyone I know! She's the best of the best!

Jenna was an incredible Wedding Planner and we were very happy with her service. She was great at managing the chaos of the day while remaining calm, cool and collected the entire time. She was very professional and also firm when she needed to be to organize a lot of different people at once. I would highly recommend her.

Our wedding planner, Jenna kept us sane throughout this process, and helped us turn our dream wedding into a reality. It is through her that we found our wonderful photographer Amber Hughes and the other vendors that made the day come together so well. We cannot thank her enough.

We hired Revel Events for partial planning of our February wedding and we couldn't have been happier with Jenna. She showed up early, stayed late, and took care of all the details while we sat back & reveled in the joy of our wedding! We planned our entire Vancouver BC wedding while we were living in the USA. We felt involved and hands-on every step of the way. We had a venue in mind, but needed a lot of help with vendor recommendations for everything else. We chose Jenna because she was generous with her time and always gave us plenty of good vendor recommendations. I knew that she would be the right person "on the ground" for us in Vancouver. I interviewed at least 5 event planners before selecting Jenna, and I found that many planners are stingy and charge extra fees for "vendor research." Revel does it differently - Jenna recommended vendors she thought we might be interested in, and then we did our own vendor research and picked the vendor that suited us the best. Sometimes we found a vendor on our own, but Jenna was always extremely helpful in letting us know what to look out for. Jenna is very highly regarded and well-known in the industry. Initially our preferred florist told us that they would be too busy to take on our wedding, but when they found out we were Jenna's clients they made an exception! Jenna is an excellent communicator. She knows exactly how to talk to each person involved, from the strung-out bride to the most difficult vendor, to get the best results. She empowered us to make good decisions that we would be happy with, and we never once felt pressured to go along with something we didn't want. I changed my mind a LOT - but Jenna always listened & gave us time think about what we wanted. Thanks Jenna for always being calm, organized & professional, and for making all kinds of magic happen on our wedding day!

Jenna was by the far the best money we spent on our wedding. I chose her because she had planned a wedding for couple in Vancouver while they were living in New York, so I knew that she would be able to help us plan our wedding while we were in the U.K. She helped us narrow down choices by making short lists of photographers and DJs for us to meet. This was immensely helpful since we only had about a week in Vancouver to meet with all of the vendors. She also suggested the venue, which is one I would not have known about otherwise, and was so helpful on the day in making sure everything ran smoothly and I did not have to worry about anything. Jenna also thought of additional wedding details, such as making sure all of the gift cards with money in them were kept safe. I really cannot say enough good things about Jenna and the help she provided for our wedding.

Jenna smith single handedly did my wedding of over 350 people! She made my dream wedding come true and go off without a hitch!!!! She regulated our insane wedding party and got everything beyond organized and anyone would be crazy not to use her! She is a god send

As an avid planner and type A personality myself, it was extremely important to me to find the right person, to hand the reins to on my wedding day for day of coordination. I met with various well known planners in Vancouver, but in the end I was most confident with, and found the strongest connection with Jenna.

Working with Jenna leading up to the wedding was Fab. She's super responsive and kept me on track with all planning details. On the wedding day, everything was great. No hick-ups, at least that I know of. Which is exactly how it should be! Jenna took care of everything - and even chased (discreetly) the flower girls/ring bearer when they set off in the wrong direction (ie, not down the aisle). As the wedding continued into party mode Jenna was still doing her thing, and even hung around until we ourselves were ready to go, which we were not expecting. Jenna had all our gifts collected and packed into our vehicle ready and waiting for us to leave. She then tucked us into the car, and sent us off for the night! This was amazing. She really was all over everything.

I would highly recommend Jenna. I know there are other big name planners in town, but the value Jenna provides is far superior. High quality, and high value.
