USE PS&Co. You don't realize much you need them until it's too late.


My husband and I used PS. & Co. for our wedding and it was the single most important decision we made other than the decision to get married in the first place.

I am a very organized and frugal person/bride and I project managed the heck out of my wedding.. I ran all the scenario's in my head and had excel spreadsheets of contingencies for all situations... to save money... I initially didn't want to allocate money for a wedding coordinator...

But here's the thing... this was both my and my husbands first marriage... (hopefully our only marriage too) and we didn't have a clue on allll the details that needed to be nailed down.

Not only that, but when your magically day is here.. do everything you can to limit your stress for the day! Trust me on this! You will want to be talking to friends and family and getting your photos taken... not on the phone for 1+ hours because your caterer is running late.

THAT my friends, is just 1 of the many fires PS&Co had to put out for me. My caterer.. who I micro-managed daily for weeks prior to the wedding, didn't show up on time... and I had no idea! While PS&Co. was handling that .... I was gushing over my new husband, sipping champagne, and hugging friends and relatives... because that is what the day should be about!

Also, meeting with PS&Co prior to the wedding resolved SO many items that I had not even thought about, and my husband and I both specialize in project management!

I highly recommend this specific company. I give them 100% of the credit for making my wedding day dreams a reality.. no matter what your budget is... this needs to be the top priority aside from marrying the right person for you :).

Above and Beyond

Amber and Jocelyn were absolutely irreplaceable on our wedding day. I didn't have many decorations and I wasn't focused on all the little details. They took charge and made both the church and the reception hall amazing with the few pieces I had.
They are absolutely in their element when it comes to wedding planning and they are just lovely humans in general. It was an honour having them coordinate our day. I could not recommend their service enough.

Amazingly Helpful

I would highly reccommend Amber and Jocelyn! They are "day of" coordinators but they go above and beyond with communication and planning before the event too. They have coordinated many weddings at the same venue I got married at, so I could ask them any questions about it and they always responded so quickly! They also think of details that we would have never thought about before.

We were never stressed on the day because we knew these two ladies had everything under control and would make our dream wedding come to life. When I walked down the aisle, my veil kept getting caught on flower vines and twigs and they came to the rescue multiple times.

Also, they are both SO funny and we always enjoyed our meetings and any other interactions we had with them!

Highly recommend! My bride was stress free about decorations and timing!

PS&CO. were excellent. They handled everything the day of making it easy for my groomsmans and I to show up, and made it easy on my wife to be. There are so many things that need to be done the day of and it was a huge relief knowing they were taken care of.

Amber and Jocelyn had our reception all ready to go and all the candles lit making my wife very happy.

Thanks again and I recommend you hire PS&CO. next event!

Amazing, professional, perfect.

I would highly recommend PS&CO!! Amber and Jocelyn were amazing and handled everything perfectly! From the conversations up to the big day, the ‘meet and greet’, the rehearsal dinner, and the big day itself, PS& CO. we’re so helpful, organized, and professional. Every little detail was taken care of and the stress of the little things was completely avoided knowing they were handling everything.

Words can not describe how thankful I was to have Amber and Jocelyn apart of our big day and allowing my mom and I relax while getting ready.

Amazing and stress free day!

You don’t realize all the little details you need help with until the day of and they definitely made everything seamless! Working with them was so easy and fun plus they are absolute sweethearts! I definitely recommend PS&CO for your special day!!

We had the perfect day.

I couldn't have asked for better help the day of our wedding. I didn't worry about anything except enjoying my day with our loved ones, it was completely flawless. I received photos in the morning of the completed ceremony space, it was exactly how I had envisioned it. Every little detail was thought through, executed perfectly, and handled professionally. If you need a team to help out on your wedding day, look to further.

Amazing Company to use!!!!!!

I used PS&CO for my wedding, for the day of coordination service, and I was so incredibly happy with them. These girls know weddings, and they place the highest importance on making sure the bride is stress free from days leading up, and day of. They have an eye to make things beautiful with what they are given, and truly do exactly what is needed. They did everything from setting up my outdoor venue, to setting up indoor reception, coordinating with my DJ, justice of the peace, MC, chefs, and bridal party to ensure everything went smoothly. I absolutely recommend these ladies, for any service, they are so great to work with!
