Before choosing Blush & Lace Beginnings, I met with two other local planners. Being from Texas, this was a destination wedding for us and all our guests. Once I met with Lauren, I knew instantly she was the best fit for us. I had only visited the Canmore region one time for vacation so I had no real knowledge of local vendors. Lauren provided an extensive list of options very quickly and was able to help suggest the venue based off what our vision was. I met frequently with Lauren via Zoom to go over every little detail throughout the 12 months leading up to wedding day. Even though there was a lot of work to do, I never got overwhelmed because Lauren has a wonderful system to help keep you on track with deadlines and expenses. Despite it being a destination wedding, we had over 50 guests that flew into Canada from the US. I felt a huge relief on wedding day. Lauren and her crew had every event planned down to the minute. I was completely hands off and could just enjoy the day. Every detail was perfect. Many of our guests even complimented Lauren and her assistant for being so professional and attentive. We had a perfect day and a wedding that we will cherish forever.

Kyla and her assistant were so wonderful on the day of. Her attention to detail was amazing, she truly thought of everything and made sure every single element came together seamlessly. From the moment the day started, she kept everything running smoothly and on schedule, allowing us to fully relax and be present.

Lauren was one of the best investments we made for our wedding. She is super attentive and takes her time to get to know the couple very well. As such, she was able to anticipate our needs even before we brought them up. She is also such a pleasure to be around. She checked in throughout the planning process and on the day, she checked in several times to make sure we were good, had eaten and were having the best day. We were able to enjoy the day because of Lauren and Kurt. Every single part of the day run sooo smoothly! I would 1000% recommend Lauren and her team! I love her and she’s the best at what she does.

Well 5 stars is not even enough for Blushed Beginnings. Lauren was absolutely amazing since the day we first hired her ! We did the month of day of coordination and honestly I would recommend it to anyone.

Lauren and Taylor ensured our day of ran so smoothly, if there was a hiccup we did not know ! From the timelines, to executions it was amazing. Even when we ran off schedule, Lauren was quick to the charge and was able to hide us pre ceremony.

Our wedding was near the end of August. Originally I did not hire a coordinator for the day but getting closer to the date I was stressed out! Brooke was wonderful to work with! She handled anything that came up with vendors or decorations with ease! She made sure decorations were executed exactly as I wanted and that everything was perfect for our day! We were able to enjoy our wedding without having to stress over anything! Thank you so much Brooke!

Having Blush and Lace Beginnings a part of our day was the best decision we ever made. As it goes, on the day of our wedding we bumped into some things like our car vendor ghosting us and other little things. We were blown away by how smoothly these situations were handled (many of which I never even knew were an issue until after the wedding). Within 5 minutes of learning our vintage car wouldn’t be showing up - Lauren had contacted someone who knew someone and a beautiful vintage car was at our venue. Just like that - our dream moment still came true! And the whole day continued on like this. Lauren and her team did an excellent job at protecting our peace and taking action where needed - which was truly a top priority for me. Weddings are truly so short, I put and hours into it and it was amazing not having any of these worries fall on me on our day!

From the moment we hired Lauren and her team as our day of coordinator, I felt taken care of. We had many check-in’s and phone calls leading up to the day to see were I was at in the process which helped me keep accountable and not feel alone through the planning. She welcomed my questions and helped me through a few wedding crisis situations as well. She was always encouraging and positive and affirming that whatever went sideways can be put upright again

Leading up to our day, Lauren made a day of events including all of our vendors which was actually so critical to how successful our day was. It helped all of our vendors get on the same page and made us realize where more time was needed or where vendor arrivals needed to shift to accommodate the day etc. This was SO helpful to my mental health.

We ran our dress rehearsal in Sylvan Lake the night before and Lauren and her team were there to walk us through our roles, answer any questions and settle our nerves. And on the big day her and her team jumped right into action setting everything up - reminding vendors of the plan, supporting where needed.

When it came to our reception reveal I was literally brought to tears and in awe. It was my entire vision that lived inside my like for 1.5 years - right there in front of me. To finally see it in that moment was incredible, she put it together exactly as I’d hoped with so much care. It couldn’t have been more perfect! My now husband (a man of few words) was also blown away by how beautiful everything looked. It was so us and so complete. And let me tell you - not having to worry about tear down and the end of the night is reason enough to go with this team! You don’t want to be cleaning up at the end of your wedding night and worried about where the tablecloths are going etc.

After the wedding, Lauren even took the time for a last connect-in to ask how things went for us, how we liked the wedding, any comments we had and to debrief some of those said issues I didn’t even know about until that moment! She had already resolved them and just filled me in on the outcomes! So i could said longer in my happy newlywed bliss! From the start to the end and beyond, it was literally a dream working with Lauren and her team. If you’re on the fence, this is your sign to just do it. I truly wish I would have hired Blush and Lace Beginnings as my wedding planner and not just my day of coordinator to save me that much more stress. So take it from me, you need this team a part of your wedding 💖

We hired Lauren and her team to be our month of and day of coordinator and wow - one of the best decisions we made for our wedding ! Lauren was so professional from the beginning, answered any questions we had, and took over complete control one month out in coordinating all of our vendors and the day of timeline. She truly was magic on our wedding day and made our vision come to life. Our wedding was at a private residence and was a tent wedding so basically a complete venue from scratch, which required a ton of more elements. Lauren pulled it off on the day without a hitch. She handled every detail and it allowed us and our family to be completely worry free on the day of and just enjoy the moment - and we couldn’t ask for anything more !! She was not only hard working, but super friendly and kind. Her assistant for the day, Justine, also made sure things went smoothly. We are from Florida, so having a destination wedding is a bit more challenging. Lauren spent so much time making outlines, picking and dropping off our florals/decor rentals, and cleaning up the space—saving us so much energy and stress. We can’t thank them enough. We originally didn't plan to hire a coordinator because we naively thought to ourselves that we could handle a 30 person destination wedding. Several months in, we were so overwhelmed and decided to make room for it in our budget and no joke-- it was one of the absolute best decisions we made. I cannot believe how much more enjoyable the experience became. Lauren is made for this. From the moment we first met on a video chat, we felt calm and taken care of. She is kind, funny, resourceful, experienced, and smart. She suggested and then helped plan a sunrise vow exchange literally days before our wedding because of an insane heat wave. She coordinated with our photo/video team to make these adjustments, helped us get hair and makeup to accommodations-- literally days before. What a legend. Every single vendor on the day told us she was super sweet and very on top of everything. She also perfectly set up and decorated our ceremony and reception. Absolutely nailed the look!! If I could go back and do it over again, I would hire her for full service planning. Lauren is the absolute best, and I would highly HIGHLY recommend hiring her for your wedding!
