Poonam and her team are extremely professional, punctual, organized, and very easy to work with! When the weather called for rain, Poonam and her team seamlessly managed our the decor flip inside one tent for our two different religious ceremonies without a hitch! As the bride and groom we were able to be very hands-off for our wedding and reception which made our day as enjoyable as possible. I cannot thank and recommend Poonam enough!! 10/10 for service and such a great team to work with!

After our original planner bailed on us two months before our wedding, my fiancé and I were stressing. Luckily, she introduced us to Poonam and honestly this ended up being a blessing in disguise. Poonam was absolutely amazing as our day of coordinator for our NYE wedding! Poonam met with us twice before our wedding day to ensure she knew us and how we wanted our wedding to be. She is super laid back and flexible. On the day of the wedding, she was organized, professional, accommodating and fun! She took charge of all of the decor set up, met with all vendors upon arrival, organized our ceremony and reception and helped pack decor away at the end of the night (among many other things) She really made our wedding day stress free! Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made regarding planning our wedding and we would highly recommend her to anyone!

Hiring Poonam as our wedding day coordinator was honestly the best decision we made. She was a consummate professional right from our very first meeting. She asked questions that no one else had bothered asked us, like what was the thing we were most nervous about, and prompted us to think about questions we'd never really thought about. She never tried to force her ideas on us. Instead, she used her experience to offer us insight and options, which I really appreciated. And, she was friendly and personable, which doesn't seem that important, but it really is.

Leading up to the wedding, she was there for support every step of the way, and only a quick email away, whether I needed to go over certain vendor details or wanted her advice. The day-of itinerary she created for us was detailed and well planned out for both the vendors and myself to know what was going on every hour. On the day of the wedding, I thought I'd be the micro-managing type but I didn't have to lift a finger. Poonam executed everything right down to the smallest details. During the reception, she was always working away in the background but never in the way. She cued our entrances, made sure I had eaten, was there to help the other vendors and stayed until the end to help with the tear down. Everything about our wedding day was perfect and that's in no small part to the hard work of Poonam who I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who wants to be able to really soak in and enjoy their special day!

Poonam was great at handling all of the stresses associated with planning a wedding. Given a tough task of pulling off a wedding in 6 weeks, she took care of all the obvious hurdles of dealing with a short timeline and the unexpected suprises. The day of the wedding we were able to focus just on enjoying the event as she had everything under control the whole time. A definite recommend on our behalf.

So when I began to plan my own wedding - one of my very first to-do tasks - was to book Poonam for my day-of wedding coordinator, in which I would work with her a month out from my wedding.
Poonam was always extremely helpful, supportive and provided valuable insight and experience when I had questions for her. I had many details in my wedding that I had planned throughout the year leading up to my wedding, and Poonam executed everything flawlessly on my wedding day. I hands down could have not had the wedding I did or the magical day that I shared with my husband without Poonam. I stumbled upon Poonam by chance, looking for a wedding planner that lived close to me. It was the luckiest find for me! Poonam was so incredibly helpful and professional throughout the whole process. She was also very personable and friendly - my mom absolutely adored her! She really made me feel at ease, knowing that on the day of my wedding, Poonam was there to manage all the little details and I could simply enjoy my day. She was prompt in her replies and looked to finalize details that I hadn't even considered! Worth every penny!

Poonam was our day-of coordinator for our wedding and she was fabulous! She created a detailed day-of itinerary and helped resolve any logistical issues leading up to the big day. On the day of the wedding, we didn't have to worry about a thing. We had a 160 person wedding, and we made most of our own decor. Poonam set everything up (and there was a lot!), got all the vendors organized, dealt with any issues that came up, and kept us on schedule the whole night. All we had to do was show up, relax and enjoy the party! Our night was perfect. Working with P.S Eventful was the best wedding planning decision we made.
