Day (Month) of Coordinator

I cannot recommend Megan’s services highly enough—we quite literally couldn’t have pulled it off without her! After two COVID-related delays, we planned an outdoor wedding for 50 people that required a surprising amount of vendor coordination as it took place in a garden. We were also at the mercy of the weather which threatened rain the week leading up to the party. At every step Megan’s steady hand showed that she would be prepared for absolutely anything, so that we could just relax and enjoy the day. In the end the sun came out and we had the most gorgeous skies.

Megan’s signs were a great added value—directing our guests to the arbour where we had our ceremony, providing a run of events, and the drink options at the bar. Among many tasks, she helped with a lovely elegant design for our ceremony and reception, a detailed layout for the rental company, instructions for our Master of Ceremonies, payment schedule for our vendors, and coordination of the first look and family photos. Her guidance was truly invaluable and made our day as stress free as possible.

Amazing Wedding Planner!

Hiring Must Be Love Events was the best decision we made for the wedding. The wedding day was very stressful as I was unhappy with the final decor of one of the vendors. In the end, Megan (wedding planner) and her team were able to make my vision come true. Megan promptly responded to all our questions, she was able to negotiate with vendors, and she had a solution to any issues that came up. She also saved us a lot of money because she has her own decor inventory and she even does calligraphy!

Wedding planning was definitely stress free because of Megan and her team. I cannot stress enough how vital Must Be Love Events was to our wedding.

Smooth Wedding

Our wedding went smoothly without a hitch thanks to Megan and her team! A lot of guests noted how organized our wedding was. Everyone knew where to go and what happened next. We hired Megan mainly for day of coordinating and decor set up and take down. But she also included some planning and was very diligent about going to venue meetings, rehearsal and meeting up one on one to plan! Megan was very responsive to emails and was emailing other vendors on my behalf to save my sanity. The most valuable thing about a day of coordinator is having someone do your running around for you. For example, you want to let the DJ know something...you don't have to go up and tell them yourself. Same with the banquet manager or any other vendor. Megan did the communicating for me. We definitely believe hiring MBL was the best investment for our wedding!

Hiring a day coordinator is the best decision of my wedding because I had Megan!

I am a bride who lives in Seattle and have to remotely prepare my wedding which was host in Vancouver BC. I was very stressed out but again, luckily I had Megan. She was extremely organized and helped to make our wedding run smoothly from start to finish.

We were planning to have outdoor ceremony but it had to be canceled at the last minute because of rains. Megan immediately came out the backup solution - to re-layout the floorplan of our reception place so we can accommodate the alter to have indoor ceremony.

Honestly I have no idea how to survive without Megan. She is just too amazing! Highly recommend engaging her expertise if you also want to have a stress-free wedding day!

Absolutely Amazing!

Long story short – If I didn’t have Megan with me at my Mexico wedding destination I don’t know what I would have done. Megan knows her stuff! Prior planning to the wedding Megan asked us about things we hadn’t even thought about, and walked us through with everything needed to be done for the big day. Megan even recommended we recite vows and I’m glad I did because it made the ceremony that much more special. She was there every step of the way as well as helping us deal with our coordinator in Mexico. She made sure we had everything we needed down to the last detail for our big day. She helped coordinate our wedding rehearsal, and as well as oversaw our décor arrangements. As any bride would, I had a few panics here and there on the big day whether it was last minute guests add-ins, or parents unable to make it to wedding rehearsal... Megan saved the day relaying instructions, or adding guest placements to their table. She really came through and made sure everything was taken care of. Megan is very proficient, very organized, and very capable of getting the job done. She has a calming and comforting presence to be around so if you’re like me who freaks out about everything Megan will put your mind at ease and assure you everything will work out and be alright. If you hire Must be Love Events you are one lucky son of a gun because you are in good hands. We really couldn’t have made our day so special without her. Because of Megan our wedding was absolute perfection. THANKS MEGAN! :)

It definitely MUST be LOVE

In the world of weddings there are definitely an infinite number of vendors out there that will give you endless amounts of options to choose from. From these many great businesses it's tough to decipher who are the right ones to select. You can do your due diligence and read millions of reviews out there and select the perfect one - or you can select a single entity once, to help you with that. This is the bread and butter of Must Be Love Events.

As we all know there are no perfect vendors out there. However, the ones that should stand out are the ones who actually care about ensuring that one of the most memorable days in your life is perfect. And this is where Must Be Love Events stood out for my wife and me. For them, it wasn't just about getting things done - but getting them done with love and care. Their name is perfect for the reason that they can stand by it. Hence, it is out of their love for event planning that pushes them to strive for perfection that you could only reason that it definitely must be the love that excels them to make your event perfect.

Must Be Love Events offers a variety of services that is catered to fit any budget. For my wife and me, we had a relatively humble budget that we almost considered doing absolutely everything ourselves. But in consulting with Must Be Love Events, we had been blessed to get them on board as our wedding day coordinators. And what is truly pleasing is that even if they weren't our full-time wedding planner, they went beyond to keep in touch and updated on what we wanted, the vendors we were hiring, giving us tips on the things to consider, and basically giving us - to my opinion - the service of what a full-time wedding planner would've provided to us. And that's where you realize, this isn't just a job to them - it's a passion.

My wife and I woke up on our wedding day, with full trust in their abilities to fulfill our wishes, worry-free, and with our minds focused in the next chapter of our lives. And with no surprise, they delivered as promised. And more.

Professional and Easy to Work With

Megan was so accomodating to our requests and always so friendly in our communication with her. When we said we wanted to be hands off on our big day, she made it happen and her and Diane truly brought our vision to life. Hiring a coordinator is the best investment you can make for one of the most precious days of your life and I would recommend the team at Must Be Love Events to anyone!

Our Wedding Day Of Coordinator

Megan was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She made everything run so smoothly day of and the weeks leading up to it. Megan worked so hard to ensure that whatever decisions we made, she did her absolute best to make it work. Whatever issues were thrown at Megan, she dealt with it to make our day perfect and stress free (really, Megan was a superstar with handling our problem). important to note, Diane, who assisted Megan for the day of was so kind, on top of her work, and was always checking in on us to see if we needed anything.

To summarize, HIRE THEM. (And her amazing photographers and videographer she recommends if you can too).

Experience

I worked with Megan as a day of coordinator and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience working with her. She was available to answer all of my questions in a timely manner, was organized and contributed many great ideas to ensure my wedding went well. The day of the event, we had a quick turn around time from when we had access to the event and the start of the ceremony, everything was done so seamlessly and Megan was able to bring my vision to life. She was available throughout the day if I had any questions or to clarify anything. Megan and her assistant dealt with the take down and everything was well organized when the bins were returned to me. Thank you Megan for everything you did for our wedding. I highly recommend hiring Megan for your wedding!
