Megan was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She made everything run so smoothly day of and the weeks leading up to it. Megan worked so hard to ensure that whatever decisions we made, she did her absolute best to make it work. Whatever issues were thrown at Megan, she dealt with it to make our day perfect and stress free (really, Megan was a superstar with handling our problem). important to note, Diane, who assisted Megan for the day of was so kind, on top of her work, and was always checking in on us to see if we needed anything.

I worked with Megan as a day of coordinator and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience working with her. She was available to answer all of my questions in a timely manner, was organized and contributed many great ideas to ensure my wedding went well. The day of the event, we had a quick turn around time from when we had access to the event and the start of the ceremony, everything was done so seamlessly and Megan was able to bring my vision to life. From day 1, Megan helped us manage and sort the chaos that was our wedding - our wedding that was disrupted and rescheduled multiple times during covid. She was diligent in ensuring our vendors were paid and was a channel of communication for them as well.

Megan cares, and she makes you feel like you are family. She takes your day personally, and goes above and beyond in the coordination of the day. Her creativity is also unparalleled - she added such vibrance to our day (themes, decor, etc).

Megan went above and beyond to make sure our day was special. We had a flood in our home which was already stressful enough but Megan made sure our day was perfect.

I cannot recommend Megan’s services highly enough—we quite literally couldn’t have pulled it off without her! After two COVID-related delays, we planned an outdoor wedding for 50 people that required a surprising amount of vendor coordination as it took place in a garden. We were also at the mercy of the weather which threatened rain the week leading up to the party. At every step Megan’s steady hand showed that she would be prepared for absolutely anything, so that we could just relax and enjoy the day. In the end the sun came out and we had the most gorgeous skies.

Megan’s signs were a great added value—directing our guests to the arbour where we had our ceremony, providing a run of events, and the drink options at the bar. Among many tasks, she helped with a lovely elegant design for our ceremony and reception, a detailed layout for the rental company, instructions for our Master of Ceremonies, payment schedule for our vendors, and coordination of the first look and family photos. Her guidance was truly invaluable and made our day as stress free as possible.

Due to covid, we decided to change our wedding plans and simply have it my parent's backyard. Megan was incredibly adaptive and flexible throughout the process. It unfortunately rained during the day of our wedding. However, she and her assistant went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly including setting up and taking down chairs/tables/place settings multiple times.
