I booked Madelyne to be our day-of-coordinator for our wedding. She was great at providing us templates to get organized for the big day, she truly made it easier for us to plan and asked all the right questions and made suggestions so we we can be better prepared. When our wedding day came, she did great at decorating and making sure our vision came to life, even with last minute changes, and she was great at making sure everything went smoothly throughout the day and in a timely manner. Her communication with us and with the vendors was great throughout, it made our experience easy. I highly recommend Madelyne for her services. From the initial stages of our first discussions, she already had ideas blossoming about how she could curate an aesthetic that matched our vision for our wedding scene. She was prompt with her responses, was very open with her communication, and set proper expectations right from the beginning.

Further, she was very flexible with our ever-changing schedule and thoughts. Even on the big day, she arrived early and managed the setup and layout of the wedding space. She also provided recommendations of contacts and/or other vendors that we could reach out to for decor. The result was a beautiful space filled with local decor and we received many compliments and questions about who designed the area.

We hired Madelyne as our day of coordinator for our wedding. She helped keep me organized through the planning process and drafted a timeline that we can both access to make edits and notes on even prior to our in-person meeting. I really appreciated this as I was able to amalgamate all the necessary information that goes into a wedding day, especially the timeline and vendor information with the payment deadlines. She is very good with making sure details, no matter how minute, don't get missed. Things that you don't even realize you needed! For such an important and once in a lifetime event, I really appreciated her guidance and professionalism. She is very flexible and worked out so many hiccups during our ceremony. I also want to give her bonus points for including and decorating the arch so beautifully for our ceremony. She is so creative and talented, exactly who I needed as I am not the artistic type. Madelyne made sure our wedding went smoothly and I am so glad she was available for our day!

Madelyne provided a variety of templates to use to help organize and plan the wedding such as the day of timeline, vendor contact/info and so much more! Having these sent to me helped immensely when time came to having to type out/organize the logistics for wedding day. It was such a relief having her reach out to all vendors prior to the wedding and being point of contact for the day. In addition, she set up all of the décor which turned out beautifully and above and beyond of what I imagined. Overall, it was the best decision to have Madelyne as my wedding coordinator!
