We cannot thank Crystal at LuxeWeddings enough for all her contributions leading up to, on, and even after our wedding day. As someone who tends to get anxious when things are out of my control, my husband and I knew that hiring a Day-of Coordinator (DoC) was essential to ease my mind. I’ll be honest — it wasn’t easy for me to fully trust someone I’d never worked with and expect them to meet the high standards I set for myself. But from the moment we spoke with Crystal, we knew she was the right fit.

Crystal was the first DoC we interviewed, and literally within minutes of her introducing herself and explaining how she works, we knew it just felt right. Our conversations flowed so easily, and she instantly put us at ease. While we still gave the other coordinators a chance, we already knew Crystal was the one, and we are so grateful we went with her. She far exceeded our expectations.

Crystal is incredibly organized, responsive, and so full of energy — sometimes we wondered if she ever slept! We loved how on top of everything she was. Her industry knowledge was invaluable, offering suggestions we would have never thought of — like the best flow for our events and even tips on how to stand for the perfect photo.

Leading up to the wedding day, I thought I would feel panicked or nervous, but surprisingly, the morning of the wedding, I felt the calmest I’ve ever been. Not once was I anxious or worried about anything going wrong because I knew Crystal was taking care of everything. For someone like me, that was a huge surprise, and I honestly couldn't believe how relaxed I was.

On the day of the wedding, we decided not to have any bridesmaids or groomsmen which also meant we didn't have anyone to help with fixing my train or veil, but without me needing to say a word, Crystal was right there, quietly running behind me to adjust everything — even bending down behind me to avoid getting into the photos. We didn’t even realize she was fixing my train during the ceremony because she was so discreet.

We also want to give a special shoutout to Peter, Crystal’s husband and assistant, who was just as wonderful. He was super helpful and considerate throughout the day, offering assistance whenever it was needed. Together, they truly make a dynamic duo, and our guests kept praising how great they were.

Post-wedding, Crystal continued to check in and make sure we were doing well. She helped us wrap up some details, making sure everything was as smooth as possible even after the big day.

We can't recommend Crystal enough. If you’re looking for a wedding planner or DoC, do yourself a favor and hire her! We’re so grateful for her hard work and dedication, and I will definitely recommend her to anyone who needs event planning in the future.

Crystal is simply amazing! We feel incredibly lucky to have found her as our wedding coordinator. Not only did she go way above and beyond our expectations, but she is also personable, professional, thoughtful, kind, friendly, organized, supportive, knowledgeable and all the positive adjectives you can think of when it comes to a wedding planner/coordinator/human being. This list could go on and on!

Crystal is always 3 steps ahead of us. She is clearly experienced and organized. She will answer any questions you have, offer her expertise and suggestions, and carefully walk you through any decisions you may have to make. She makes sure you are well-informed.

Crystal took care of so much and we honestly do not know how we could have pulled off our wedding and included all that we wanted without her. She worked so hard before and during our wedding and even took the time to give us tips and reminders after our wedding. The timeline she prepared for us was really well-balanced and we had multiple friends and family say that they had never cried and laughed so much within a few hours. Everything came together so well, and we have Crystal to thank because she communicated clearly with all our vendors and worked so seamlessly with them. In addition, her assistant Celine was also awesome and helped our wedding day run smoothly. All the little details were taken care of by them - from set up, managing our vendors, coordinating activities and secret surprises, and clean up take down!

We had a small wedding with just immediate family. We put off getting married for a while and was never into the idea of a big wedding but after 20 years of dating we gave in. The day of was a whirlwind. We did not think it was going to go that fast! With Crystal's incredible organization skills and vast knowledge everything went so smoothly. We initially hired Crystal for month of coordination. When we had to actually start planning, we ended up extending our contract for additional planning. Crystal makes it so easy! She has a roster of contacts, she’s experienced, gives great advice and most importantly she listens. She’ll review all the contracts to make sure it includes what you want. She also points out if you’re getting a good deal or if something doesn’t look right. If someone is not responding, she will follow up on your behalf.

She adapted to the way we worked best and her work ethics are quite dynamic. She can handle multiple requests at a time and also slow it down if you need to focus on one task at a time. She takes over all communication with the vendors which is great for someone who wants to be completely hands off. I found myself reaching out to vendors and she is also accommodating to that.

When we first signed Crystal, she shared with us that she only works 1 wedding a month. I didn’t know how valuable this was until the actual month of our wedding. The last few weeks are always the craziest and I can’t express how amazing it was to have a planner who’s available to meet according to YOUR time.

Within the last week of the wedding, Crystal was on top of everything. She gave us list items to go through which made it so easy for us to check off the tasks we needed to complete. On the day of our wedding, she was there for us the whole time. At our wedding, she came with Celine - super friendly and polite assistant.

Crystal is super detail oriented and organized. She will have a million questions for you and if you take the time to answer all her questions, she will give you the wedding of your dreams. For us, she gave us more than that and we are so grateful we chose Crystal to be our planner.

They are flexible and are able to accommodate the couples or family’s requests. It has been so wonderful working with Crystal. We hired Crystal as our month-of coordinator back in 2019 for our original 2020 date. Later that same year, the pandemic happened. We postponed our wedding to 2021, and then we later again to 2022. Crystal was so accommodating and flexible when that happened. There were even a couple things that happened at the wedding that I didn’t know about until afterwards, because she took care of it right away. She has so much experience and gave us a lot of great tips and suggestions for our wedding. She explained the ceremony plan in detail during the rehearsal, so our wedding party knew exactly what to expect. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her help leading up to the wedding.
