Mallory was our month-of coordinator for our wedding this summer and her involvement made a world of difference! We felt that we, along with our families, were able to relax and truly be present throughout the day, as all of the logistics and organization were in expert hands. Mallory's input and advice throughout the planning process was highly appreciated and she was also able to keep us calm (important) and connect us to several other trusted local vendors, even in advance of the actual "month-of". It is so clear that Mallory genuinely cares for each of her couples, and she approached each detail of our wedding with the same level of care. Mallory is made to be a wedding coordinator - she is incredibly calming, extremely organized, creative, and will make you feel like you have been best friends forever. Mallory genuinely cares about her couples and will make sure everything is perfect on your day. As a type A bride that wanted everything to be organized well before the day, Mallory helped come up with final plans for the day, figure out where decor should go, did all vendor communication within the month before the wedding and kept me sane. I originally thought I would just do it all myself but I couldn't be more happy and thankful that I found Mallory because the day wouldn't have been nearly as perfect without her.

She was there for everything. Noticed anything that wasn’t right and tried her best to bring our vision to life. We had a lot of wind on our day so a few things had to change and she made it work and I wouldn’t have even known! She’s amazing and would highly recommend her!

Mallory was an absolute joy to work with and we truly could not have pulled off our wedding day without her and her team! We were married on a private property that required a lot of coordination with all of our vendors, setting up our decor, keeping us on track and most importantly she allowed us to focus on being present on our wedding day because she truly handled everything! It's not easy for me to give up control, but Mallory was like hiring a close friend and we fully trusted her from day one! Hired Mallory as our day of coordinator. She was able to keep in contact with all the vendors prior to the day and on the day to make everything go as smoothly as possible. I worked with Mallory for my wedding in June 2022. Initially my wedding was supposed to be in Niagara which is why we hired Mallory in the first place, but due to COVID, our plans changed and we ended up getting married in the Distillery District. Mallory had never worked at our venue before but was excited for the opportunity and the challenge and did an excellent job!
