Event Planning: Here is a little bit of what that might look like:
Meets with you as soon as planning begins
Schedules and Attends all vendor meetings
Helps determine and create a wedding budget
Decorates and Organizes venue before the event
Organizes before and after bookings, for example transportation and hotel bookings
Oversee the wedding day from start to finish
Day of event Coordination: Here is a bit of what that may look like
Available to meet with you 4-8 weeks before the event
Confirms logistics of all signed contracts
Walks through the venue before the start time
Helps manage events from start to end time

I hired HSA Events to help me plan my baby shower and it was the best decision I've ever made. As a first time mom, I was very overwhelmed by the thought of planning my baby shower on my own. Hannah was so helpful, very organized and detail oriented. She took so much stress off of me and I'm so glad that I had her plan my shower for me! We were in communication multiple times leading up to my event where we discussed my theme, decorations, food and drinks, number of guests expected ect and my budget was always kept in mind and worked within. She arrived early on the day of my shower and set up all the decorations, games and food while I was able to get myself ready for my event! I couldn't recommend her services more!-

Meet the team
Hello,
My name is Hannah and here is a little bit about me.
I was born in North Bay Ontario however grew up most of my life in British Columbia. I am a sister to 13... yes you read that right, 8 brothers 5 sisters and myself. I recently got married in July of 2022 and decided it was time for me to expand and share all my tips, tricks and designs with other soon to be bride and grooms.
I am an open book who loves to travel, camp, spend time with friends and family and of course host events.
I knew I wanted to get into event planning since I was young as I have always had an eye for organization, planning, decorating and my calendar never leaves my side.
I am the host of the friend group and have been for many years, when I pulled off the wedding of my dreams I just knew it was my career calling.
I am currently located in the Burnaby & always open to travelling.
