HSA Events has multiple packages to offer to make sure your big day is perfect. If you are looking for a second hand in planning or coordinating your event, don't hesitate to reach out. We want to make sure your event is a success with no stress. Let us help you create the day you have been dreaming of. We offer both event planning and day-of coordination.

Event Planning: Here is a little bit of what that might look like:

HSA went above and beyond for us on our special day!

HSA Events was absolutely incredible to work with for our wedding. Hannah supported me for over a year helping plan every detail with so much care and attention. From organizing invitations to communicating with vendors, she was always there. She was very responsive even to my late-night texts, and always followed up with an email regarding what was discussed which made the entire process feel smooth, organized and stress-free. What truly stood out was her unwavering flexibility and dedication, even while she was pregnant and close to her due date. That level of commitment meant so much to me and really showed how invested she was in making our day perfect.
On the day of the wedding, Cass was phenomenal behind the scenes. She managed everything seamlessly. Setting up, taking down décor, and ensuring everything ran exactly as planned. She was also constantly checking in on both me and my husband, which made us feel so supported and taken care of throughout the day.
Any minor hiccups that may have happened went completely unnoticed thanks to Hannah and Cass. Their teamwork, professionalism, and genuine care made our wedding day absolutely flawless. I can’t recommend HSA Events enough!

Poor execution

Communication was great, but the execution of everything was not as promised. We used them for set up, day of coordination and take down. Set up was not done as requested and I gave the most comprehensive directions you could ever receive. Itemized list with descriptions and photos. Howver items were missing, placed incorrectly even with photo references, sloppy, unwraveled lights left on our head table, all linens were wrinkled (which was promised in our first phone call linens would be steamed) and set up team was 1 person which was clearly not enough. My husband and several friends had to assist quite a bit in set up. And take down, was 2 people. Which was also not enough and if we had not had 11 members of friends and family including bride and groom working non stop for 2 hours, the take down would not have completed on time. It was not how I wanted to end my wedding day. I would have thought a company hired for set up and take down could fulfill these duties without the help of guests. I did complain directly and was given a sincere apology, but no compensation. Just a credit toward our next event. Which I won't use. I can't in good conscience recommend them or use them again for an event. Our event was not ruined, but it was very disappointing after they gave me do much confidence in them in all our communication leading up.

Best wedding planner!

If there’s any vendor I can recommend, it’s 100% HSA Events! From the moment my now husband and I got engaged to the day of the wedding, Hannah and her team excelled! There was always open communication no matter the time of day and Caylie absolutely killed it while setting up! Couldn’t recommend her more ❤️

Helpful Day of Support

Having Caylie from HSA Events was truly the best decision we could have made for our wedding day! She stayed on top with our timeline of the day and helped us stay on track. She helped with final touches on the day of and moving chairs and decorations as needed. Getting the timing proper with the processional was a weight off our shoulders! Caylie was the point of contact for the wedding party and the guests which proved to be very beneficial for everyone!

May 2024 wedding with HSA

Hannah and her team got us through an ambitious 3 location day with set up / tear down at 2 venues. Hannah was communicative for the whole year leading up to the wedding, she reached out us to meet and review details months out and included the other HSA staff in planning conversations. She made helpful suggestions to improve our ideas. We left a lot of the ceremony decor details to their discretion and they did a beautiful job. Megan bartended a toonie bar for more than 100 people without a line all night. All the vendor coordination was seamless. Thanks for everything!

She was amazing

Hannah did an excellent job at planning my bridal shower. She was organized and attentive to myself as well as my guests. She made me feel like the centre of attention and made the day stress free. All my family and friends said how wonderful of job she did as well

Exceeded all expectations!

Hannah and her team were pivotal in making sure our day went according to plan. If there were hiccups out of our control, she was calm and stepped in always to assure me things were on track. Hannah was patient, warm and so lovely to have be apart of our day. She entertained unruly guests and always had a smile on. She was always just a text away and provided the best insight when I needed it. I’ll recommend her team and vendors (bartending) we booked through her to anyone anytime! Thank you HSA events ❤️

Flawless event staff!

We hired HSA events for bartending and coordinating services for our 100 person wedding this Sept 3rd. Everything went swimmingly even with a last minute ceremony change due to rain. Our bar service was quick and efficient serving and even waiting on some guests. The HSA team went above and beyond for us, I can't rave enough.

Baby Shower

I hired HSA Events to help me plan my baby shower and it was the best decision I've ever made. As a first time mom, I was very overwhelmed by the thought of planning my baby shower on my own. Hannah was so helpful, very organized and detail oriented. She took so much stress off of me and I'm so glad that I had her plan my shower for me! We were in communication multiple times leading up to my event where we discussed my theme, decorations, food and drinks, number of guests expected ect and my budget was always kept in mind and worked within. She arrived early on the day of my shower and set up all the decorations, games and food while I was able to get myself ready for my event! I couldn't recommend her services more!
