Hiring Hayley as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. From our very first meeting, she was incredibly organized, thoughtful, and reassuring. She took the time to sit down with us beforehand to understand our vision, walk through the details of the day, and help us create a timeline that allowed everything to flow smoothly.

On the wedding day itself, Hayley went above and beyond in ways we truly appreciated. She made the morning so much easier by bringing my bouquets, coordinating details behind the scenes, delivering our wedding favours to the venue, and ensuring everything was set up perfectly. She was always one step ahead and handled so many little details that we didn’t even realize needed attention.

Throughout the day, Hayley was calm, professional, and incredibly supportive. She made sure we were able to fully enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about logistics. At the end of the night, she even made sure all of our personal belongings were safely gathered, carrying my personal bag and ensuring nothing was left behind. Those small acts of care meant so much after such a long and emotional day.

Hayley was absolutely amazing. We met up a few days before the wedding to get timelines organized and she brought up a few things we had forgotten about. The day of the wedding is when I realized I truly love her. She showed up to my house to pick up all of our decorations, brought them to our reception and decorated everything. It looked so good. My groomsmen basically had nothing to do. My wedding day was ridiculously hot and she brought water for us when we did photos (we forgot). When I came into my cocktail hour I had heat stroke and she got cloths and water for me and kept everything running smoothly. When I needed a minute she kept me updated on what was going on. Our family loved her. She cleaned everything up at the end of the night so we wouldn’t have to stress about anything. Everyone who quickly saw Hayley kept telling me how amazing she is and I 100% agree. Even tho we met briefly she felt like a life long friend at my wedding and mixed greatly with everyone.

I had the pleasure of being absolutely unaware of anything happening "in the background" of my wedding, because Hayley, my wonderful day-of-coordinator kept everything running smoothly. Even leading up to the wedding, she was responsive to my requests and extremely organized when we met in person and when she led our dress rehearsal. She brought up things I didn't even consider at my wedding.

If you’ve ever seen Harry Potter and know in the 7th movie, part 1 when Hermione reaches into her purse with no end (can fit literally everything, even the kitchen sink) that was Hayley’s suitcase. She was prepared for ANYTHING to happen. From me needing dental floss, my dress not staying up to one of the grooms men spilling red wine on his shirt —> yup, she got it off.

I threw so many last minute items on her to do list for the day of the wedding and she checked off every box. When I reached out to my parents, in laws and wedding party they all agreed that Hayley was a vital part of this day running without a hiccup. I'm so grateful for all she did, and highly recommend her to anyone for a wedding or event!
