Amazing attitude, great humour and awesome advice. Helped us plan for our wedding in one province while we lived in another. It could NOT have happened without her and she made it awesome and memorable.

I recommend that everyone gets help to plan a wedding. I had no idea how much work it was and had no vision at the beginning. As I discovered what I did want, Emy made it happen even if I didn't quite know what I was looking for. The day was amazing and I didn't worry about a thing! The assistance ranged from advice about vendors, and support dealing with relatives to reminding me to pack a toothbrush. Totally worth every penny.

Phenomenal service, I couldn't have done it without her. Everything went so smooth and she goes above and beyond what is expected. Anyone who is getting married would be silly NOT to book her. Amazing amazing amazing.

Emy was a great help on our wedding day! She kept everything on track and on time in a very professional manner. She keeps herself busy at all times and is always smiling. I would not want to imagine our wedding day without Emy!!!

Emy was wonderful to work with. She kept us stress free throughout the whole process. Extremely easy to get ahold of and returns emails/texts/phone calls ASAP. She had great ideas when we were unsure of what we wanted (as we both lack creative imagination). She definitely thought of everything right down to making up activity bags for the children who were at our wedding. Emy was very flexible with meeting times. We work insane hours/shifts and we were always able to work out a meeting time. We live in London and Emy works out of Tillsonburg…she drove into London to meet with us. Every vendor meeting we requested her to come to, she did. One evening, closer to the wedding date she was at our house until 10:30pm because that's what worked for us. A week before the wedding we requested that she take on a project that we were going to do but hadn't had time to do it. She was happy to take the stress from us and met the vision perfectly. She attended the rehearsal at the church and ensured that it would run smoothly and answered questions from the wedding party, our parents, minister, etc. On the wedding day she came by both places, where we were getting ready, to check in and see if we needed anything. Bride had a very last minute request and it was granted.

Our decorator, who we found/hired, (Rachel Francis, Exclusive Events, London) was late getting to the venue and also managed to put up the wrong colour everywhere (we ordered teal, we got toronto maple leaf blue). Emy contacted the decorator to try and work out a way to help the decorator fix this or alter it in some way. Unfortunately, this decorator refused Emy's many suggestions. After the wedding Emy extended her services to us helped us retrieve the decorations (that belonged to us) from the decorator as we did not care to see the decorator. LET US BE CLEAR THAT IN NO WAY DO WE HOLD EMY ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS. We just wanted to express that Emy did make attempts to fix this (as it was out of her control) and that she helped us after the wedding, which was not included in the contract.

Emy's love for planning weddings and her devotion to her brides and grooms was evident throughout this experience with her.

Emy took care of all the final details, finishing touches and any and all issues that presented themselves. She made my wedding day stress free. Hands down this is the best event planner out there... Throughout the nine months of wedding planning our large (500 people guest list), traditional wedding I referred to Emy as my sanity! She was ALWAYS there when I needed her the entire time. If something was going wrong she was on the phone fixing it before I even had time to think about my options! Initially I had no intention on getting a wedding planner as I am considered to be very organized and enjoy planning...Now looking back there is no way I could have done it without her. On the day of the event she was there every second to ensure everything was kept on track and running smoothly. Because our family and wedding party already had important things they needed to be doing she really was the one I count count on for everything from taking my veil out at the end of the night, taking care of gifts, ensuring the music started at the church on time, etc. etc. etc. Happening Events really is HAPPENING!!!
