The following are general planning services that we provide:

• Full-Service Planning - This includes 20 hours of meeting with the couple, before the wedding. We cover event budget allocation, extensive timeline creation, vendor communication, theme and decor planning, tracking RSVPs, floor plans, and assistance with set up on the day of and day of coordination.
• Partial Service Planning - This includes 5 hours of meeting with the couple, before the wedding. You can handle what you want, and we will cover the final coordination with all vendors, floor plan creation, communication with the venue and assistance with set up on day of and day of coordination.
• Day of Coordination - You may have your special day all planned out but just want to relax and enjoy it, this is where we jump in. We will help with setting up all the decor, communication with all vendors and guests, ensuring that the timeline is followed, tearing down the event at the end of the night, and everything else that will allow you to enjoy the day without being stressed about hosting it!

However, we also offer other services that we can add on/ swap out, to create the bundle that best fits your needs: wedding website creation and management, custom stationary (signage, invitations, thank you cards, etc), digitized view of all your decor, and attendance at vendor meetings to ensure all important questions or concerns are addressed.

We also offer an extensive amount of decor rental and services. From backdrops to florals, tablescapes to ceremony arches, we can create your vision for you with custom pieces. All our decor pieces can be found on www.plantasticevents.ca, but if there is something you do not see, let us know and we will find a way to add it to your wedding day through our custom decor providers.
