Best decision I made!!

Bisma is simply amazing!! She is calm, knowledgeable and professional. My only regret is not hiring her to plan my entire wedding! She gave me the ability to let go and truly enjoy my day while she managed all the details (that says a lot for a self proclaimed perfectionist like myself!!). I couldn’t have had a better day and I’m so thankful I had her by my side. Don’t think twice, hire her now!!

BISMA! The best!

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful BISMA is but I am so grateful to have had her on my wedding day. She put out little fires everywhere, without my knowledge. She was so attentive, kind and kept all of us on schedule. I don’t know what I would have done without her.

God Bless Bisma

I called on Bisma last minute to help my husband and I on our wedding day. She took the reigns effortlessly, making our day the most perfect day for us. Her communication, attention to the smallest details and on the spot decision making made our wedding day stress free. It is something I cannot thank her enough for. Bisma went above and beyond which allowed our families to relax and enjoy the day. She let my husband and I celebrate with our guests without us having to worry about the logistics and behind the scenes. She made sure we had food on our sweetheart table, ice cream cones in our hand from our ice cream truck and made the appropriate calls when needed. Bisma is a true professional and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a wedding coordinator.

If you’re in need of a wedding planner - look no further. Bisma will execute your vision (or help you find one) with ease.

We worked with Bisma to bring together a wonderful wedding in Toronto. There were so many twists and turns because of Covid restrictions, but Bisma was there every step of the way to help us through. She connected us with the right vendors, asked all the right questions and mapped out the day for us, so we didn’t have to worry about any details.

Bisma flawlessly executed our wedding day. And it was perfect. No other way to put it. Not to mention she is incredibly kind, professional, and quick on her feet. We had several day-of location challenges pop up and Bisma found solutions to each almost instantly. We didn’t have to worry about anything.

We couldn’t have had our perfect wedding day without her. Thank you Bisma ! You were a dream to work with!

Best decision we ever made! 100000% recommend!!!

I had two wedding ceremonies in June this year and COVID didn’t make it any easier. With things changing on the regular it was a stressful time. Hiring Bisma for day of event coordination was the best decision we made! She did an excellent job when vendors were being difficult to deal with, she was a huge emotional support throughout it all, and she is very well organized and pays attention to every detail.

Always planning two steps ahead in case anything was to change - On the day of the wedding there was no stress of forgetting anything and Bisma made sure everything stayed on schedule.

Absolutely amazing!

When I first set out to find an event coordinator, I had no idea or appreciation for how much work goes into this role. Navigating through a pandemic was already difficult but Bisma was there for me every step of the way. She is incredibly reliable, easy to talk to and gets things done. She always went above and beyond to make sure that we get an outcome that I am happy with. She dealt with difficult vendors for me and provided emotional support whenever I was forced to postpone my event. The event itself went smoothly and everything was on time. I had nothing to worry about because I knew Bisma would take care of everything. I couldn't have had such an amazing event without Bisma's help.

It is tough to find vendors who truly care about you, and I felt like Bisma treated me like a friend rather than a client. I cannot put into words how much I appreciate you, Bisma!

Words can not thank you enough for all that you have done for us ..everyone already know how great of a planner you are but what I experienced was beyond your professionalism and work ...Bismah thank you for planning an incredible event for us ..you were on top of every detail and taught me how to 'Let go" and just enjoy our Big day.
Bismah's devotion, extremely professional attitude and experience offers a very personal and one of a kind of service! From planning the wedding day logistics to negotiating with remaining vendors bismah was like an older sister who guided us through jumble of worries, emotions and handled our anxieties very well.
She went above and beyond through the process with her meetings, phone calls, and on the day of to ensure that I, and everyone that makes me happy is at ease... Bismah made sure to be there like a family!

Priceless Memories

Working with Bisma was seriously priceless! She seriously cross all my Ts and dotted all my Is!
Not only did she cover every step before the wedding! But man the wedding day was flawless, and a lot of times you don’t hear that!!! There was seriously no details left out. I was able to enjoy my day without any headaches.
We debated the service and I can’t be thankful enough that we decided to do it! Thank you for all your hard work!

Absolutely amazing!!!

Bisma is the absolute best! She made the whole planning experience feel a lot more manageable, in an otherwise pretty stressful time of managing and planning a wedding. She was exceptional day of taking care of the details, set up, and made me feel that I could take a deep breath and know that things are in good hands. Would absolutely reccomend for anyone planning a wedding!
