They made everything extremely smooth and the best part is even after blacking out at 11 pm I still had my phone, keys, and wallet perfectly placed on the table. Michelle and her team were AMAZING and went above and beyond to ensure we didn't have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day. Our wedding was perfect, and it wouldn't have been possible without their attention to every single detail. It was the best investment we made, and we cannot recommend them enough!

Michelle was extremely meticulous and organized, and helped us feel prepared for our big day with spreadsheets, frequent emails and follow ups with vendors and questions we have, and a very detailed timeline. Her experience shows, and we received many compliments on how professional they were. In fact, one of my bridesmaids has told me she is going to hire Michelle and her team for her upcoming wedding. I am so grateful for Eva for being with me every step of the way and paying attention to all the little details that I didn't even think of. She held my phone when I was busy, and brought it out for me when I had free time getting my makeup redone. She grabbed us a glass of water after my husband and I walked out of the room from the ceremony, to rehydrate and calm our nerves before walking back in as newlyweds. I almost cried because of how amazing she was. Alex and Jon helped us handle all the logistics, and stayed with us the entire night until they literally escorted and carried us upstairs when we were drunk at the end of the night.

Michelle and her team were PHENOMENAL! First of all Michelle had been so understanding, accommodating, friendly, super organized and just so professional. Everything throughout the wedding day was so on time, and the wedding party even had time for a nap because it was stress-free and everything ran so smoothly. She handled difficult family members with kindness and professionalism, and speaks fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Her team was always offering us water in case we were too hot, nervous or just thirsty. They helped me spread out my dress before I walked down the aisle. One of them even urged me to switch out of my heels at the end of the night and waited for me till I was ready to change into my flip flops. Another assistant was on standby and prepared with another glass during toasting in case we ran out.

Every single person was amazing and knew what they were doing. They were polite and introduced themselves to the family and wedding party so we knew who to goto when we need help. They also helped pack up our belongings super fast at the end of the night.
