I can’t say enough positive things about our experience working with Danielle. We hired Danielle as our month-of coordinator for our spring wedding at the Ancaster Mill. Not only was Danielle organized and detail-oriented, but she consistently thought two-steps ahead for our entire wedding day.
I handed Danielle the reins to execute our décor vision to set everything up or both the ceremony and reception spaces and to say the final look was breathtaking would be an understatement. She made perfect judgment calls where she needed to and never let me feel an ounce of stress leading up or the day of.

And if all that didn’t convince you, my fiancé was skeptical on the need for a wedding planner when I first suggested it, and after our big day was over, he said Danielle was the best money we spent all day and was so impressed by her work. My partner and I are very particular about who we work with. After interviewing 7 wedding planners, I was so thrilled to connect with Danielle. Danielle had experience at our venue (Spice Factory), had a client portal where I could maintain records and her calm approach are just a few of the things we loved. Immediately after sending our deposit, I started to see her impact on our wedding in such a positive way. It isn’t often in the wedding industry that you begin to feel the value of something as soon you pay. She organized us and was there to answer any questions along the months of planning. After the 6 weeks mark we started working more hand in hand, by the day of, I had no concerns and could enjoy. Our décor was exactly as I imagined, and everything was packed away so nicely at the end of the night. We can’t recommend Danielle enough, especially for weddings in the Hamilton region.
