Belle was the perfect choice for my fiancé and I from day one! As a couple, we ended up interviewing far too many day of coordinators and quickly became overwhelmed with options. Belle is professional, great to work with, easy to get in contact with and it was such a joy working with her coordinating our big day. She made sure our wedding day went smoothly, stayed on track, and most of all she continued to check in with us and make sure we were having all our needs met. Belle also was full of advice, sparked new ideas for us, helped solve some roadblocks we ran into and tweaked some of our existing ideas for the better. I first found Isabelle on a wedding group on Facebook; she was one of the first coordinators to message me back and from the first moment that we talked, I knew she was going to be our coordinator. We planned our day for 3 years, with Isabelle’s assistance and she was nothing but phenomenal the entire time. I can never truly thank her for everything she did for us and I will forever be grateful for the amount of love, dedication and hard work she poured into us.

We hired Belle as a month of planner for our wedding last Saturday and she was incredible!! We had a complicated floor plan and schedule for the day, both of which Belle handled seamlessly. I was also a very anxious and overthinking bride leading up to the big day and Belle always responded to all of my annoying texts quickly or hopped on a call to reassure me. On the day of, she was so on top of everything and was even a shoulder to cry on and reassure me when the venue messed something up. Seriously, it felt more like having your loyal, protective and responsible friend there than a wedding vendor. Belle saved us so many headaches and we would absolutely recommend her for your wedding!!!

My husband and I were married in November, 2025, and we’re so grateful we had Belle as our Day-of coordinator.

We had three calls with her to go through the details ahead of time. She asked all the right questions and brought to our attention details we’d overlooked (Like, “What about ice??”) The day was seamless because of her. I had no idea our officiant feared she was running late until about 10 minutes before she arrived (not late, but just in time!) She hit “play” on the playlists, she greeted the caterer, she set up all the tables, she kept track of the timeline, and because of her everything went the way it was supposed to. She was communicative and a joy to work with.

We hired Belle as our day-of coordinator, and per my husbands words, she was worth every penny! I had a few meetings with Belle leading up to our February 2026 wedding, where we reviewed all the plans I had created, she offered helpful suggestions, and we made lists of everything we needed. Having access to Belle's decor inventory was an appreciated addition to her day-of services, as it helped alleviate some of decor we needed to buy or bring ourselves. Belle came to our rehearsal, and helped run through our ceremony, offering helpful suggestions that only a true professional would know about. On the day of, Belle worked hard to make my vision come to life, and it lead to an absolutely stress free day for my husband and I, and our wedding party. I couldn't tell you if a single thing went wrong, because Belle handled all of it! Once dinner was done and the dance floor opened, two of Belle's associates came to take over for her, and to help with tear down. She communicated everything to them before she left, and everything was handled very well. Everything was ready for us to pick up and bring back home the next morning! We are so grateful that we hired Belle for our wedding day, and can absolutely recommend that you include her in your big day as well!

When I booked with Belle I was quite excited as she had great reviews. We were told we would have one of her associates but again weren’t worried as she ensured us the value would be upheld. We had some good calls with Belle before our day, although due to busy season I did feel at times the call would be missed or last minute rescheduled, which was fine but it did make me feel like our day was a bit of an after thought.
When it came to the associate we had, we had one call with her via phone and she seemed distant and uninterested via call. I tried not to make a judgement because it’s hard to judge anything via phone. On the day of our wedding the associate arrived and truly I just felt like she didn’t understand my vision and had no reviewed the large document outlining everything that I spent a lot of time on. Thankfully my step sister was present and made my visions come to life.
The most upsetting part was our ceremony. We had set up pillars and florals in the morning perfectly and by the time ceremony came they were all moved around and not in our main shots - which is upsetting the cost and time we put into that. Had perfect timing set for the girls to walk down the isle for my big moment and she had then later noted before I was to walk down the isle she changed it and was sending girls once they got to a certain point instead, devote items were missed, family had noted some poor attitude from this individual and I truly felt very disconnected from her the whole day. She didn’t come to introduce herself when she arrived so I met her before my first look.
It’s just disappointing that all the hard work I put in to planning was not executed as well as it should have been for such a cost.
Once again, Belle herself was really nice and I’d advise ensuring you have her on your day, not an associate.

Our wedding day would not have been possible without Belle and her amazing team. When it came to wedding planning, we had no idea where to begin.
