I want to start by saying that finding Belle almost felt like a fluke but honestly, I think it was fate. I came across her services on Facebook Marketplace after reading a review from another bride who said hiring Belle was the best wedding decision she made. If you're reading my review because you're considering working with her, I sincerely hope this convinces you to take the leap.

Not only are her prices incredibly fair for the wedding industry, but I tell her all the time that she deserves to charge more based on how much work, care, and attention she gives her clients.
After our very first conversation, I knew immediately that I wanted to work with her. I initially hired Belle for her three-month coordination package, and from day one she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is kind, reassuring, organized, and incredibly accommodating. No matter how busy things got, she always made time for meetings and adjusted to whatever schedule changes came up.
Her knowledge of the wedding industry is unmatched. She has this amazing ability to take your vision, make it realistic, and then somehow make it even better. She helped connect me with the florals of my dreams and found a DJ who could perfectly blend our Sri Lankan and Greek music. Looking back, I honestly had no idea where to start. There was so much back-and-forth, so many questions, and so many decisions, but Belle was always transparent about pricing, honest about expectations, and committed to helping us stay within budget.
As the wedding got closer and we approached the one-year mark, I started experiencing a tremendous amount of anxiety. Wedding planning suddenly felt overwhelming, and I realized I needed more support. I reached back out to Belle and upgraded to her partial planning package and that was when everything truly started to blossom.
Belle worked alongside me every step of the way to make sure every detail reflected my garden party vision. She helped source the perfect décor, connected me with amazing vendors, and even talked me through my many mini-meltdowns over draping, lighting, and countless other details that felt huge in the moment.
When my venue coordinator unexpectedly quit, Belle stepped in tenfold. She made sure every question was answered, every detail was addressed, and every loose end was tied up. Anytime I started to spiral, Belle would calmly say, "I'm not nervous, so neither should you," and somehow that immediately put me at ease.
Over time, our professional relationship started to feel like a genuine friendship. She always checked in on Tommy and me, not just as clients but as people. It became so obvious that she was born to do this job. She cared deeply about our experience, and she became such a source of comfort throughout the planning process that I often joked she was my 11th bridesmaid.
As the wedding got closer, we had weekly calls that I genuinely looked forward to. Every single time, Belle came prepared with detailed notes, action items, timelines, and solutions. No matter how anxious I felt before the call, I always walked away feeling calmer, more organized, and excited again. That was such a gift during a stressful season.
I was also lucky enough to have several in-person meetings with her, where we reviewed layouts, signage, timelines, and design details. Those meetings only reinforced how much I trusted her. I knew that if anything went wrong on my wedding day, Belle would be the person who could handle it while keeping me calm.
Then came wedding week.
And wow!!!! Belle went ABOVE AND BEYOND.
She was there for every text message, every phone call, every question, every last-minute idea, and every moment of panic. No matter what I needed, she was there. I genuinely don't know how she managed to do it all.
At the last minute, I decided I wanted a cigar bar, a lace sign and another 2 mirror. Within what felt like minutes, Belle already had the right contacts to make stickers, the signs for it and was helping make it happen. She truly knows everyone and somehow always knows exactly who to call.
The week leading up to the wedding, I became obsessed with checking the weather forecast. Every day seemed to predict thunderstorms. While I was spiraling, Belle remained calm and focused. She went out of her way, to make sure we had both an outdoor plan and a backup indoor plan fully prepared because she knew how important it was for me to get married outside.
Thank goodness she did.
The forecast ended up being completely wrong, and we got the most beautiful wedding day imaginable.
Around this time, I was also introduced to Belle's assistant, Alissa. From the moment we met, she was an absolute joy to work with. Her calm, patient, and caring energy was exactly what I needed throughout the wedding weekend. I'll always remember how supported she made me feel.
Our rehearsal dinner went incredibly smoothly because Belle and Alissa had everything completely under control even with my chaotic bridal party. They coordinated vendors, oversaw setup, answered questions, and ensured every detail reflected our vision.
Then came the wedding day.
WOW. Oh wow.
The day of my dreams.
The morning started with pouring rain, but Belle and Alissa never once allowed me to lose hope. They kept me positive, optimistic, and focused on the bigger picture. And thankfully, the rain cleared and turned into the most beautiful day.
What I didn't know until afterward was that there had been some issues with the venue draping setup. Belle and Alissa handled everything behind the scenes so seamlessly that I never felt an ounce of stress. Belle constantly checked in on me, kept me smiling, and made sure I remained fully present throughout the day.
She was there for every major moment; my first look, photos, the ceremony, and she was always nearby holding my dress, fixing my veil, offering reassurance, or simply celebrating alongside me. At no point did I ever feel alone.
Even my bridal party and family got to know and love her throughout the process.
Our ceremony ended up starting about 30 minutes late due to venue delays, but once again, Belle never let me feel like anything was wrong. She kept everything moving smoothly, communicated with vendors, managed the timeline, and made sure I stayed calm. Thanks to her, it was still the ceremony of my dreams.
Now for the moment that truly solidified Belle and Alissa as real-life superheroes.
After the ceremony, I was crying happy tears which unfortunately meant my makeup was completely destroyed.
Without hesitation, Belle and Alissa jumped into action. They drove back to the venue, grabbed my makeup, and Alissa practically re-did my entire face. I honestly cannot thank them enough for that moment. It may seem small, but in that moment, I truly felt like they saved my wedding day.
The rest of the evening was just as incredible. Belle made sure I ate, drank water, stayed on schedule, and actually enjoyed my wedding. She kept speeches moving, coordinated dances, checked in on vendors, solved problems before I even knew they existed, and somehow managed to do it all while making me feel like the most important person in the room.
From the very beginning of this journey to the very last moments of our wedding night, Belle was there.
And that is what makes her so special.
She doesn't just plan weddings. She invests herself completely into her couples. She cares deeply, works tirelessly, and creates an experience that allows you to actually enjoy one of the most important days of your life.

I can’t even begin where to start off - I hired Belle as a day of coordinator for my wedding this past weekend (May 23/26), and it was definitely one of the best decisions I made for my wedding day. At first, i had family members willing to help but I knew I wanted the professionalism and expertise from an actual coordinator. I had hired her early since she had the best value for price and was very quick with communication. We touched base a month before, and each meeting that led up to the wedding was thorough, detailed and went through all the things: timeline, decor, logistics, down to the final details. My main concern was the weather, as it was anticipated to rain, our ceremony was supposed to be outside, but we went over a rain plan to have it in the same room as our reception. I was worried about the flow of things and how our guests wouldn’t have the best experience being in the same room while the venue does a room flip (ceremony to reception) and I wasn’t sure how the design of tables and seating would look like. The day of, her and her assistant kept checking in to make sure me and my husband were doing ok, how we were feeling, if we needed anything, and would tell us what is happening next / where we are going. The moment I walked into the ceremony space, I was without words because the set up was even better than I envisioned. She kept things running smoothly and on time, and adjusted the timeline as needed. If there were any issues, I honestly had no idea about it. She even handled my complex family dynamic with professionalism, grace, and patience. She is the sweetest person and there are zero regrets with having her. She also worked so well with the rest of my vendor team. I would highly and strongly recommended Belle for your wedding ! Exceeded beyond expectations :)
