You will not regret hiring Andrea!!

Andrea was an absolute pleasure to work with as our day-of coordinator and florist. Her and Jordyn worked so seamlessly together to help us execute the wedding of our dreams. Both of them have such a calm and friendly demeanour, and the way they managed all the small details was incredible.

My family thought that a wedding coordinator would be an unnecessary expense but I’m so glad I put my foot down and hired Andrea because I honestly couldn’t have done what she did, and by the end my whole family agreed that having her was the best decision!

The florals were also perfection! Mid way through the planning process I ended up changing my mind on what I wanted and Andrea was so understanding and accommodating. The final product was better than I ever could have dreamed.

I would 100% recommend Andrea Ashley Events to my friends and family :)

The Best Decision!

Andrea was one of the best and most necessary pieces of our wedding that pulled the whole thing together. Even if you have an amazing venue Coordinator (we did!), and you think you're pretty good at organizing things yourself... trust me when I say Andrea Ashley Co is the team you need by your side leading up to and on your wedding day.

She is kind, professional, organized and experienced. She took the time to understand my vision and to learn us as a couple in order to help us create a timeline that worked well for our needs/wants for the day. People kept commenting how well the day flowed and how they were entertained the whole day without feeling rushed or bored.

The day was stress free for my whole family. My parents were able to drop all of our decorations/details off to the venue in the morning and Andrea's team took over from there and set everything up... and at the end of the night they packed everything up (thanks Maya!)... all my family had to do was pick it all up the next day. This alone was worth hiring Andrea and her team.
I've been to other weddings where instead of enjoying the party you're worried about cleaning up.
Andrea was also amazing at sitting with me during a time of the wedding where I had some intense bridal anxiety. She was calm and understanding and just great at holding space for me.
I feel like I could go on and on... so if you're still reading this... just go and book her already!! 5 outta 5 stars!!

Andrea was so wonderful to work with! She helped us navigate our wedding day and brought up so many little things we would never have even thought of! She is super detail oriented and gets everything done so efficiently and perfectly. She made our wedding run so smoothly! 10/10 recommend.

Incredible. That’s who Andrea is.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Andrea for partial planning of our wedding ceremony and reception.

From the first time we spoke to Andrea, we felt at ease with her, knowing we would be in good hands to help bring our vision of one of the best days of our lives to life. Hiring Andrea was one of the best decisions we made wedding planning.

Partial planning included video calls, a walk-through of our reception venue (Whispering Springs), month of vendor contact and full day coordination.

Andrea is professional, gracious, kind, supportive and poised. Her dedication, attention to detail, communication and organization made the journey to our wedding day less stressful.

I had the pleasure of working with Andrea as both my Florist and Day-of-Coordinator for my wedding at Whispering Springs.

Its no exaggeration when I say hiring her was one of the best decisions I could have made for my wedding.

Andrea is very friendly and warm, supportive, and was able to help me articulate my vision to bring together the best wedding day I could have imagined! Even days later, I am still getting compliments about the wedding.

Andrea is an absolute Wedding Professional; she is extremely talented at what she does. As a Florist, she has excellent taste, and was very accommodating in helping me achieve the look I was going for in an elegant way, within my budget. As a Day-of-Coordinator she was extremely organized, a great communicator, a strong leader, and was great at thinking on her feet when changes or unexpected events arose.

Thanks to her, my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our Wedding Day to the fullest knowing Andrea and her team had our backs.

Smoothest Wedding Day Ever!

We had a 9 month engagement, I contacted Andrea about 4 months before our wedding. We had over 100 guests to plan for and Andrea was the perfect woman for the job. From promptly scheduling our first consultation phone call, working with our budget, taking time to get to know who we are as people in our everyday lives and not just as a couple planning for a one day event….she was so fantastic. Our day ran SO smoothly with her there to make sure everything was executed perfectly. My husband and I were able to just take in everything the day had to offer while Andrea and her lovely assistant worked meticulously behind the scenes to make sure our day was everything we dreamed of and more. Every aspect of our day started on time with everything in its place. She worked very well with the venue and our other vendors. She is prompt to reply. She is flexible. She is empathetic and truly wants your day to be exactly how you picture it. She is very kind and overall just lovely to be around. I’m a very particular person and through chatting with Andrea I was able to let go (as much as possible for me) of a lot of control. I trusted Andrea to bring our vision to life. She did just that. She knows exactly what she’s doing and does it very, very well. She went above and beyond to create these wonderful pockets of love, like, including one odd flower in my bouquet, because it was special between myself and my late father or stringing together roses to create a beautiful, floating flower feature behind our wedding party. She even made all our bouquets and boutonnières and all other flower arrangements. She hears you on the big things and she picks up on the little things. She was my voice when I needed her to be firm with others that weren't hearing me. As long as she is planning weddings, we will be recommending her to anyone that asks. We’re forever grateful to have found her.

Andrea Created a Beautiful Day

Andrea is friendly, helpful and very well organized. Working with Andrea made organizing my wedding soooo much easier. Having never organized a wedding before, I felt a little lost before hiring Andrea. But, Andrea asked us the right questions and helped give us the most beautiful and stress-free wedding day. Andrea offered to take-over communication with our vendors one month before the wedding. This was SUPER helpful because instead of discussing logistics with vendors I could focus on enjoying the lead-up to the wedding and the day of. Andrea, thank you so much!

Don't just hire a wedding planner, hire Andrea

Everyone says that if there's one thing they could have done differently about their wedding, it would have been to hire a wedding planner. We listened, lined up a few to interview, but after speaking to Andrea, hired her on the spot. #bestdecisionever

We had a complicated wedding in a hard-to-get-to destination in a country we did not live in, that spanned two days, with some guests keeping strict food guidelines (kosher). Andrea made it come together flawlessly in FIVE MONTHS. Five months, guys.

We were not exactly a 'chill' couple to work with (we normally are, it just turns out wedding planning *really* stresses me out). Andrea texted/messaged us in the medium and frequency we felt comfortable, she made sure we were included on the crucial parts of decision making and left us out of the parts that weren't necessary. She has impeccable judgment, a strong network, and is a relentlessly hard worker. She is also very kind and forgiving and understands that sometimes she doesn't get to see the best of people during this process.

She also has a great stock of wedding day items: runners, arches (she actually made us a chuppah), bud vases, a cake stand, etc all of which she rented to us at a fraction of the cost if we had gone elsewhere.

At the end of it all, we were really happy that Andrea was actually there on our wedding day because she had been so much a part of it. We can't thank her enough.

A love letter to Andrea

This is a love letter to our incredible wedding coordinator, Andrea. My husband and I chose Andrea for day-of wedding coordinator for our wedding at Whispering Springs in May. From my first conversation with Andrea I knew that we had a connection that would make for a great partnership at my wedding. Her energy is so bright and warm, and I felt super confident in her level of organization. Andrea was so helpful through every step of our wedding planning process, and went above and beyond what I’d expect from a day-of coordinator. She took the time to meet with all of my vendors before the wedding to familiarize herself with their teams and engage them in our day of itinerary, which really helped the day run smoothly. She also took care of all of our florals, decor setup, and tear down. I literally didn’t have to worry about a thing, and as a very a-type bride this was huge. Andrea also worked with me on the morning of my wedding to take me through a grounding exercise to really tap into my awareness and allow me to be present on the day. This was huge for my enjoyment and energy on my wedding day. Our wedding was absolutely perfect from start to finish, thanks to Andrea and her team. I had no questions or hesitation in handing the reigns over to Andrea after being my own wedding planner, and she executed BEYOND what I could have imagined. I love bringing my expertise of my Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism with a designation in Special Events, 10 years event expereince and my innate nature to curate beautiful experiences to every single project.

I am passionate about creating unique, memorable and sustainable events that bring happiness joy to people’s lives.

I have also spent 15 years studying and practicing holistic health; including spa treatments, clinical aromatherapy, organic skin care science, esthetics, reflexology and others. This combined education and experience in spa/holistic therapy and event planning all allows me to help people; to make them feel good, to bring happiness and help reduce stress in peoples lives. Man- I love that! Not to mention I have some AWESOME ways to integrate both together if that is your jam.
