Today is our first wedding anniversary! When I look back on what was a whirlwind day, I can say that Andrea was everything I wanted and everything I didn't know I needed. She took care of the flowers and rentals and was a liaison with the vendors, including catering. After only a couple meetings, she understood our aesthetic and made beautiful choices. She was absolutely pivotal in keeping the day organized and on time. She is a joy to work with and it was such a pleasure to have her there with us on our special day. -

Perfect Day 💘
Andrea and her team were fantastic and without them my husband and I probably still be engaged.
She helped two perennially picky people plan a wedding from 250 kilometres away at what turned out to be a tricky venue (chosen by us before having access to her guidance). With Andrea’s knowledge and experience the planning process was clear and painless. She listened closely to what we wanted and needed, answered all our questions from the nitpicky to the wishy-washy, made appropriate suggestions and game time decisions, stayed cool under pressure, and was flexible and tenacious in making sure our wedding felt like us. Our big day was beautiful, went smoothly, and we and our guests were able to enjoy ourselves as Andrea and her team absorbed the burden of setup, teardown, smoothing any last-minute wrinkles, and making sure everything went to plan. -

I had an amazing experience with Andrea! She did the florals and rentals (flatware, glassware, runners, candles, etc.) for my wedding. She was so helpful and responsive to me throughout the process and put up with (and perhaps even enjoyed?) the many messages from me. Florals were one of the most important parts for me of my day, so this was a big one!
Overall, I loved the vibe that she helped us curate. However, because I planned my wedding within an 8-month window we weren't able to do any floral trials. If doing this again I would do that step- the bud vases looked wonderful on our tables but didn't give enough of a floral look to me (too sparse), and I feel like my bouquets weren't quite exactly as I hoped, and I think we had some last-minute miscommunications about additionals (like the bouquet stems weren't wrapped). I do think those aspects are on me, but I would recommend some trials/set ups of some of those aspects in advance.
Overall Andrea was a great help and helped make our vision a reality. -

For any event, I would highly recommend Andrea Ashely Events.
We hired Andrea for a wedding in Prince Edward County at a venue that was inexperienced when it came to weddings. We initially hired her for only day of coordination but when we struggled with organization between ourselves and the venue coordinators, Andrea jumped in and saved the day. She put in more effort than we could have ever asked for.
Our biggest reason for hiring an event planner was so we could enjoy the day without being distracted with figuring out the logistics or unexpected things that went wrong.
Andrea navigated family dynamics, a random fire evacuation, misplaced decor, everything with such ease. We were able to enjoy our day without knowing what all was happening.
We can't thank her enough and would love to hire her again. -

We could not have asked for a better wedding planner! Truly, we are forever grateful to have hired and worked with Andrea Ashley Events to help facilitate and bring our wedding vision to life. She made sure everything we asked for was executed and helped to ease any hiccups along the way. Not to mention, she is the kindest person ever. Both Sheldon, my now husband, and I are grateful to have hired Andrea. -

When we hired Andrea, we were looking for someone to give our vow renewal the magical touch it needed, as well as someone that could organize the beautiful chaos of creating an outdoor wedding. Over the year or so we had been planning together Andrea guided us carefully and respectfully through each phase. She helped negotiate terms or unexpected hiccups; bringing it all into order every step of the way. Her kindness, passion and drive is visible in every aspect of her work. Her tablescaping, attention to detail and stunning floral design blew us all away. Going as far as to hunt down specific items like Oyster mushrooms for my witchy-nature inspired wedding celebration. From start to finish this woman seamed together the loose ends of our entire event and went above and beyond to make it special. We wanted a wedding where we weren’t crazily running around and putting things together, and she delivered on each and every step! I cannot recommend her services, nor thank her enough for the dedication to her work and clients. Without her help - our day wouldn’t have flowed as well as it did with her there. Thank you so so much for everything - you’re amazing and are sending so so much love to you!
Seriously if you want to create a stunning day without outsourcing for so many rentals and floral design… Andrea is a dream Co-ordinator - you’ll never regret hiring her services.
