WOW. Candice absolutely MADE our wedding. We ended up scrambling at the last minute as we'd thought our venue came with a coordinator, only to realize that it didn't about a month before our wedding. We looked around for a Day-Of coordinator in a panic, certain everyone would already be booked, and found Candice. Given we only booked her a month out, this stretched our budget somewhat, but I can confidently say it was the best investment we could have made in our wedding, and that she was absolutely instrumental in making sure everything ran smoothly and on time. From setting up the custom placards and menus I'd created, to handling vendor payments and an unexpected shortage of Chardonnay (the horror!) the amount of work she did behind the scenes meant my husband and I didn't have to worry about timelines, next steps, or plans, and could completely relax and enjoy our day.

Beyond her extreme competence, Candice was also just absolutely wonderful to work with, and was a lovely and friendly (although strict with a timeline - we needed it!) presence at our wedding and in the month before hand. Her forms and our calls really helped us nail down all the brass tacks of our wedding timeline, as well as what was truly a priority for us. I could not recommend her more highly if you're in the throws of planning, or even in a last minute crunch.

Candice and Kevin were amazing. Candice did all the admin and coordination leading up to our day. She was so lovely and kind to work with. Kevin was our DJ and he killed it. He added in every single small detail that we asked for even though I felt like it may have been too much. The vibes were high on the dance floor and it was never empty. Thank you so much, I highly recommend.

Where to start! I kind of knew before I hired Candice that I was getting a fabulous coordinator. I had multiple personal connections to this company and had heard from other brides personally, and witnessed as a bridesmaid myself, top notch service and professionalism from this company.
We set up a phone call with Candice to get a little more in depth with our inquiry, and I left that call without any doubt that we would be hiring A Day To Remember!
We also opted to use A Day To Remember for some décor rental as well as for coordinating all of our floral needs for our wedding day. Candice was so helpful in using some sample photos I sent, and ensuring my vision came to life on my wedding day.

We also used A Day To Remember for our DJ services as well – and what a hit! So so many compliments with the music at our wedding! The DJ request form was so helpful for us to plan and ensure specific music was played throughout the day – but wow, even I was taken aback by how spot on everything was!!
My expectations were continually blown away – from the months of preparation, her INSANE organization, the “wedding homework” she sets out for you to the wedding rehearsal and pre wedding day prep and finally, on my actual wedding day of with how involved Candice and her team were! Not to mention, the personal texts and photos post wedding day, and even a delivery of a valuable family heirloom from Candice herself at the end of the event (TOTALLY saved my butt there!!!)
She truly went above and beyond for me, and I will be forever grateful for her services!

We hired Candice as a day of coordinator she was beyond helpful. We have three kids and along with taking care of all the little details before and during the wedding she and her assistant (who's name I can't remember) also helped out with our kids so I didn't at any point have to worry about them or anything else. I can not say enough good things about either of them.

We used A Day to Remember Wedding Consultants for their 'week of' package - they were fantastic. The wedding was perfect and we didn't have to worry about a thing - that was our biggest reason for hiring a consultant so we could actually relax and enjoy our big day! The set up was taken care of and everything looked amazing. It was also great using their other services too - DJ & photobooth (which was a huge hit with all our guests and we received the link to the photos the same night).

We would definitely recommend A Day to Remember to anyone getting married, or hosting an event.

Kevin did an absolutely wonderful job on music at our wedding reception. The dance floor was hopping all night, and guests kept coming and thanking us for requesting specific songs (but most of them were Kevin's doing - he has a real knack for reading a crowd and pegging their music!) It was the best party we may have ever been to. Many of our guests stayed on the dance floor right until the last song. Thanks Kevin!
