Laszlo was amazing! Very helpful from the beginning helping us curate our offerings and funding ways for us to save money and time.

My wedding day, a day I had meticulously planned and dreamed about, was meant to be one of the most beautiful and memorable moments of my life. Unfortunately, our experience with Laszlo as our wedding photographer has left us heartbroken and deeply disappointed.

When we initially booked Laszlo’s services, he assured us that he could handle the job solo, thanks to a unique “hybrid” style of shooting with a special rig of two cameras side by side. He promised us that this setup would capture every single moment and provide video shots of each photo, presenting it as a distinctive and comprehensive way to document our special day. This was a key factor in our decision to hire him.

However, the reality on our wedding day was far from what was promised. Laszlo simply had one camera hanging off to the side and alternated between them, which did not deliver the seamless, dual-media coverage we were led to expect. This misrepresentation was the first of many disappointments.

The photos we received were grainy and lacked the clarity we had hoped for, even in high resolution. The family photos, taken by the side of the chapel as per Laszlo’s suggestion, were marred by an unattractive backdrop and visible gas lines, failing to capture the beauty of our venue and resembling the side of an old garage. Not to mention, in every family photo, my husband’s hair was out of place, something a professional photographer should have noticed and corrected.

The most devastating omission was the absence of photos of me walking down the aisle through the beautiful tree pathway leading up to the church, a key highlight of our venue and a moment we eagerly anticipated capturing. The single photo of this significant moment is incredibly painful, see attached.

From the nearly 600 photos provided, not one made us feel “wow, I need to frame this.” This is deeply upsetting, as we cannot redo our wedding day. We now face the disheartening prospect of re-wearing my wedding dress and going to a studio to take photos we can enlarge and print, something we never imagined we would have to do after hiring a professional photographer.

Laszlo’s failure to deliver on his promises and the poor quality of the photos have left us with an irreplaceable void on what should have been a joyous occasion. I hope future couples can learn from our experience and choose their photographer with great care. Our wedding day was irreplaceable, and the failure to capture its magic is a profound regret we will always carry.

Laszlo was amazing to work with. He is truly a master of his craft. He has the ability to get great candid shots and great posing shots. Our wedding party had a ball with him. He provided over 900 stunning photos so we can relish our perfect day forever. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Laszlo.

We hired Laszlo for our wedding in August 2023. We highly recommend him - he is super nice; a professional and he worked with our budget. He was hired for our photos and video. His photos and video were absolutely gorgeous and they were delivered on time (within two months). He’s the best out there!

Laszlo took such good care of us for both our engagement shoot and wedding day, which came in one easy package. We were looking for a documentary style photographer that could be a fly on the wall while we enjoyed our day with a balance of a small photoshoot between the ceremony and cocktail hour. Not only are our photos gorgeous but his editing style worked perfectly with our colour palette. My partner is not as comfortable getting his photo taken but Laszlo knew how to make him feel very comfortable. Seriously, look no further, because Laszlo is worth every penny!

Laszlo was absolutely amazing! We were very nervous to have our photos done because we don't take photos well, but he knew how to get us excited for photos. I was a stressball all day and the groomsmen were, a little silly, but he had so much patience with us! He even stayed an extra moment to capture a beautiful song I had prepared for my mother. I could not recommend this studio more! An absolute dream to work with! 🥰

Laszlo did a great job covering our wedding; he joked around with the wedding party during our pictures and made it more fun and relaxed. He also provided cues so we could get some really nice poses. He captured lots of nice formal / posed photos and also a ton of great candid ones as well.

Laszlo also provided the entire photo gallery in less than a week! I was so happy to get my pictures super quickly so that I could share them with my family and friends. Very happy with Laszlo's service and would recommend Studio Two Twelve to anyone looking for a fun, creative, professional, and highly efficient photographer for their wedding!

Deirdre and Laszlo are a wonderful team of photographers. We were referred to them by a work colleague and loved their work from the moment we saw their portfolio. Meeting them solidified it for us. We wanted to do an engagement shoot and were happy that it really helped us connect with each other and understand the style of photography that they use. They are very laid back and easy to get along with...they made us feel at ease with each other such that our pictures looked so natural. Co-ordinating with them for our engagement shoot did take a bit of time with much back and forth. They prefer to communicate via email while we prefer phone, hence the 4 stars.
On the wedding day, they arrived on time and kept us organized and on track. We were very pleased with our pictures. They caught all the key moments as well as some awesome candid ones too. Our pictures were provided to us fairly quickly after the wedding day which was a pleasant surprise. We got several good reviews on the wedding pictures that were shared with family and friends.
