An Experienced & Inclusive Officiant

Affectionately called "Rev. Deb," she brings a wealth of experience and a warm, inclusive approach to officiating. A former Anglican priest and now presiding bishop of the Community Catholic Church of Canada, she embraces all couples, including same-sex and transgender couples. She also trains and commissions wedding officiants, ensuring the next generation of officiants bring the same care and attention to ceremonies as she does.

Beyond weddings, Rev. Deb is a published author, educator, podcaster, and speaker. She is one of The Angel Ladies and an energy healer, bringing a calming and uplifting energy to every celebration.

While Rev. Deb travels throughout Niagara and the GTA to officiate weddings, she also offers affordable elopements and small ceremonies at her private venue in Niagara-on-the-Lake—perfect for couples who want something intimate, meaningful, and elegant without the high costs of a traditional venue.

Our Ceremony Spaces

The Promises Garden Gazebo – Available in the warmer months, this peaceful, private outdoor space accommodates up to 12 guests and provides a romantic, natural backdrop for your ceremony and photos.

The Sunroom Chapel – A cozy sunlit indoor sanctuary available year-round, ideal for couples and up to four guests, offering warmth, intimacy, and timeless charm. An incredible Cathedral Crystal resides in this room. Ask Rev. Deb about the beautiful Heartstone Exchange to incorporate into your ceremony.
