We had an amazing experience. We found Jim through an internet search and it was God sending us a blessing. Jim made our wedding ceremony so special. Due to the circumstances of COVID-19, my partner and I decided postponed our wedding and reception but still wanted to commemorate our original wedding day by signing our papers. We reached out to Jim some few weeks ago explaining our situation and he was extremely understanding and empathetic. It becomes very clear when meeting with Jim that you are meeting with someone who is team #love.
Both Jim and Rinette worked with us every step of the way, providing insightful tips and guidance from their many years of experience in the industry so that our wedding ceremony--regardless of the circumstances-- was one that we would remember forever. My new wife and I had a wonderful experience with Jim Emerson. One of my friends told me that it was an "unexpectedly beautiful ceremony, knowing me". Jim was very easy to work with, funny, and had many wonderful tips for making the ceremony meaningful, personal, and smooth running. He called several weeks before the ceremony to begin working on it, and continued to go back and forth with us until we had the ceremony we wanted. A little over a month ago my husband and I tied the knot at a magical little place called Whispering Springs Wilderness Retreat in Grafton, Ontario and were honoured to have Jim as our officiant. Jim and I used to be on a running team together back when we both lived in the GTA. As soon as I got engaged, I couldn't think of anyone else I'd rather have marry us than him. From the very beginning, Jim was there every step of the way helping & guiding us to create a memorable and touching ceremony. We are so incredibly happy with how everything turned out and are forever grateful to Jim for being apart of our day. He was so helpful at the rehearsal in ensuring everyone knew what they had to do and making sure we got every possible photo op! Jim was an incredible officiant and a really great person to work with overall. He has a lot of experience officiating weddings and we were very impressed by his ability

Our wedding ceremony was completely perfect with Jim as our officiant. He gave us suggestions along the way saying we could use or reject anything, most of which we used because they were so good. Using the website ceremony planner really gave us complete control over every word that was said, every reading, the entire flow. The ceremony fit us and our personalities so well, it was exactly what we wanted for the most important day of our lives. Every couple has a story and I would like to help tell yours. The problem is I can’t write it, but I can share it with your guests.
As your officiant I will provide you with resources and guide you as you create your unique, engaging, memorable and hopefully stress-free ceremony. So, whether your guests laugh or cry during your ceremony, they will come away from your wedding with a warm feeling, knowing that your ceremony celebrated your love.
I’m all about family, community and wedding celebrations! On days when I am not working with couples, you may find me running, cycling, swimming or just hanging out with the people I love.
