My approach.....

As a licensed officiant, I provide a non-religious option to weddings that meet the needs of contemporary couples.

As a writer and as a public speaker trained with the Stratford Festival, I have the skills to create a service that is unique to both of you. Your wedding can be simple, elegant, and to the point or carefully crafted to include any of the elements you envision - together we can create a celebration that reflects your commitment to each other- at your chosen venue.

I'm happy to consider last-minute options.

$450 Full custom ceremony.

$250 short legal ceremony. (mileage may apply)

She saved our day!

One month before our wedding our officiant had gone dark on us. So like any bride in a hurry/panic I took to weddingwire to find a replacement. Bettianne got back to me that same night, and luckly for us she was available for our date. She communicated with us one what to expect and was VERY quick to repond to my emails and any questions I had. I wish i could give her 10/10 stars as 5/5 doesn't feel like enough. All that said I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone!!!!!

Great wedding officiant

We did a few zoom meetings beforehand so that way we both knew what to expect on the day of the wedding. She spoke clearly and precice and was able to speak loud enough that everyone could hear her as we did not have a microphone. She did a great job in making our day special.

Professional and Dignified Officiant

Bettianne was an excellent officiant for our wedding ceremony. She is highly professional and accommodating. She provided us with a ceremony outline and allowed us to build upon it as we saw fit, ensuring all the legalities were in place accordingly. She responded to our messages in a timely manner, and arrived on the day with plenty of time to get herself situated before the ceremony. She delivered our ceremony with dignity and warmth. Overall, we were very happy with her services.

Bettianne is the best.

My wife and I connected with Bettianne through a mutual connection - and we are so glad we did! She was responsive, understanding, and really easy to work with.

On your wedding day, you want fewer things to worry about, and having Bettianne at the front of our ceremony gave us that peace of mind. She was incredibly detailed in both of our planning meetings, so there was nothing unexpected. A true pro. Hire her and don't think twice :)

Fabulous Professionalism

Bettianne was nothing but sincere understanding honest helpful and down to earth. Couldn't ask for a better person to marry folks. Even provide examples of vows how it could be as personal as you would like from your heart. Even drove a hour of her way to our wedding location on time will smiles. Made you feel at ease and that it is about your special day. Bettianne was willing to partake few pictures with bride groom for their keepsakes memories. Top notch quality service was provided indeed recommend !!

Wedding Officiant - June 2024

We are extremely happy that we choose Bettianne to officiate our wedding. From the first call we had with Bettianne, her warmth and sincerity shone through and made us very comfortable having her oversee the ceremony on our special day. She was consistently responsive leading up to the wedding, providing great advice to help us write our own vows, and she clearly understood the "feel" we were going for with the ceremony in order to make it truly representative of our personalities. We could not be happier with how the ceremony went. You will be in good hands if you go with Bettianne.

Best officiant we could ever ask for!

Bettianne was absolutely perfect in every way for our big day. She was immediately responsive when we initially reached out and brought a sense of calmness in every interaction we had. She went out of her way to make the ceremony completely personal and geared to our relationship. She wanted to know all about us, how we met, and what made us fall in love. It was never just a business interaction, but a true guidance to bring us into our marriage. Unlike other officiants I know that friends of ours have dealt with that provide a set list of sentences that they can say during the ceremony, Bettianne provided the skeleton document and then worked with us to build our love story. She was warm and welcoming on the day of, and completely professional. Re-watching our wedding video showed us the beautiful raw emotional journey Bettianne took with us. She was one of the easiest vendors we worked with. It felt like having our own family marry us. We would recommend her in a heartbeat!
