Since 2014, founder and minister Carol Willems-Martin has been helping couples create a unique experience for their big day. Royal Weddings also offers services for elopements.

Services offered

Carol can provide affordable services for many types of weddings, including religious, interfaith ceremonies, non-religious, vow renewals and ceremony rehearsals. The ceremony can be organized at your chosen location or Royal Weddings will provide an intimate setting to exchange your vows.

Carol always encourages the couple to write their own vows, in order to create a more unique and bespoke ceremony that reflects their values, beliefs and perspectives. She offers four ceremony packages and the most popular package is The Simple Romantic Ceremony. Its services include:

  • One complimentary consultation
  • Christian/Non-religious ceremonial selection
  • Matrimonial services at the venue of your choice

To Carol, thank you so much for making our wedding day the most special and memorable day of our lives.

Carol did such an amazing job and we were so thankful to have her on our day. Leading up to the day, communication was smooth and she was very responsive and collaborative. We asked to have the legal portion done prior to the ceremony and she was able to accommodate that!

Absolute pleasure working with her and highly recommend!!

Carol is an absolute gem!!!

We were so lucky to have Carol as our wedding officiant! From our first meeting, she made us feel completely at ease and truly took the time to understand our relationship and what we wanted for our ceremony, including having one of our friend’s read passages. The service was beautiful, personal, and perfectly tailored to our style. She managed everything with such warmth, humor, and grace, even keeping us calm when our nerves kicked in. Our guests were equally impressed, and we received so many compliments on how heartfelt and unique the ceremony was. We couldn't have asked for a better person to help us start our journey together and highly recommend Carol to any couple looking for someone professional, thoughtful, and passionate.

Loved Carol!

We couldn’t have asked for a better officiant! From the very beginning, Carol Willems was kind, heartwarming, and made us feel completely at ease. She was incredibly efficient and organized, guiding us through every step of the process with clarity and care. We especially appreciated how open she was to any questions we had, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The ceremony itself was beautifully delivered and perfectly reflected who we are as a couple. We’re so grateful for her warmth and professionalism and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an officiant who truly cares.

Best Ever!

My daughter married in June at my home - small and cozy - and Carol was absolutely awesome!! She caught on right away to my daughter and S-I-L's crazy sense of humour and went with it. The ceremony was exactly was they wanted. We couldn't have asked for any better.

Excellent officiator!!

Carol is our ideal officiator and was everything we could have asked for! From the first meeting we had with her virtually, she was very enthusiastic and curious to learn about our story. She patiently walked us through the process and was very responsive to answer all our questions, putting us at ease. She sent us a script for our approval in a timely manner and she creatively wove our story together very well and we enjoyed her sense of humour. I’m so grateful for her amazing service and sharing our special day with us. She was very punctual, professional and her speaking was very clear and entertaining. We truly enjoyed every moment of the ceremony and the guests enjoyed it very much as well!

The best officiant we could have asked for 🤍

We worked with Carol from 2020 until our wedding last week in 2022. She was an absolute pleasure to work with from the start! She helped us with every step along the way, and was beyond flexible when we had to postpone our original wedding day due to the pandemic.

When we met Carol for our signing, which we chose to do privately with witnesses, we knew we had made the right choice in choosing Carol immediately. She was energetic, welcoming and kind.

At our ceremony, she helped calm our nerves and delivered exactly what we were looking for, a fun easy going ceremony.

We are very grateful that we’ve crossed paths with Carol, she is amazing!!!

Carol is truly amazing.

Carol of Royal Weddings made our special day even more so. Her recommendations in personalising our wedding story really reflected who we are as a couple, bringing to life our journey to this date. We received so many compliments on her calm and kind demeanour. She really cared about us and our guests, and Carol's warmth struck the right tone for the entire ceremony. She was without a doubt absolutely perfect. My husband and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
