Unfortunately, our experience with Jenna’s wedding services was very disappointing. She arrived over two hours late for our wedding hair appointments, which caused significant stress and disruption on what should have been a special day for my wife and me.

Her professionalism and people skills were lacking. She barely interacted with us, didn’t introduce herself, and came across as unfriendly and almost rude throughout the appointments. The quality of the hair styling was also disappointing, as she didn’t seem willing to listen to our preferences or properly consider the reference photos we provided.

She left in such a hurry that she even forgot some of her supplies on the road. Afterward, she contacted us asking for our wedding photos so she could use them for her own promotional purposes, which felt particularly inappropriate given our overall experience.

Overall, the lateness, lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disappointing quality of service made this a stressful experience on a day that should have been about celebrating our marriage. I would not recommend her for wedding services.
