Lilian was responsive and patient during our initial conversation, quickly sending quotes and being flexible with her availability. My engagement photo shoot was rescheduled due to rain, and she was very accommodating throughout. She even offered her studio for my bridal party makeup to help reduce travel fees and avoid booking another venue to get ready.

For the engagement shoot, I asked for a dreamy, soft, fairytale-style look, and she absolutely delivered. On the wedding day, she did hair and makeup for me and two of my bridal party members. Our original schedule was from 9 AM to 3 PM, but she graciously stayed later to do touch-ups and adjust our looks as needed.

My cousins and I attended several weddings this year with different makeup artists, and Lilian’s work was one of our favourites — everything looked flawless in person and in photos. Highly recommend her for both engagement and wedding looks!

Lilian was very responsive and flexible during the whole process! Although I didn't book a trial with her, I was very pleased with my hair and makeup. My bridal party and two family members looked great, and it was great to hear they loved their looks, too.

Lilian and her assistant, Rachel, were very professional and friendly. They made sure to understand what kind of look we wanted and even let us know that we could let them know if there was anything we didn't like, so they could change it to our preference. Lilian even helped with what I can do with my look, as I wasn't sure about what to use in terms of hair accessories.

I appreciated the care package Lilian prepared for me before I left for my tea ceremony with my husband, since I wouldn't get any touch-ups later in the day. I purchased a bridal deluxe package (with trial included) initially. I was so impressed with Lilian during my trial that I went back to get another look done for my signing ceremony! I did a dramatic Thai inspired look for the trial/wedding and a more natural/Korean style look for my signing ceremony - she was wonderful at both! I felt like a princess during my deluxe pampering session during my wedding day as well.

Lilian and her team were absolutely amazing to work with! From the very beginning she was so easy to talk to — sweet, friendly, and truly talented. During my trial I asked for a completely different look than what I ended up choosing on my wedding day, and both times she made me look and feel fabulous. I booked Lilian as my mua for my wedding this year. I booked her because she has quite an extensive portfolio ranging from soft glam to bold makeup. I did a bolder makeup for my trial and a softer look for my wedding. She did such a great job blending everything together, enhancing features of my face. You can really tell she has a passion for what she does and she knows the all trendy makeup and hair. I had an outdoor wedding and my makeup still looked great afterwards, and my hair stayed in place the whole day. I would definitely recommend Lilian if you are looking for a mua!
