Dawna and her team did my makeup for 7 events for my wedding (I had a large wedding). Hiring them was the best decision I ever made.

Not only is the team all wonderful human beings who you want with you during these special moments but also their artistry is fantastic. I looked different but gorgeous each event as did all my family and bridesmaids. Dawna was so organized in planning my looks so that they’d be flattering and I’d be comfortable. It paid off as my squad and I look like celebrities in my photos.

Note that I had Agnia from Dawna’s team as well and she’s an all star. For my main wedding day I hired her to accompany us all day (church, photos and reception) which I’d highly recommend to anyone. I felt so glamorous being touched up all day and the sun / wind / heat / tears couldn’t ruin my look.

Absolute price point wise she’s not the cheapest, however it’s excellent value for the service and quality of artistry that you get and you really don’t want to cheap out on your bridal makeup.

Highly recommend Dawna and her team. Dawna was incredible while we had to reschedule a few times due to covid. She was always able to accomodate. Her team is phenomenal - the hair and makeup artists are top tier. Everyone who had their hair and makeup done in the bridal party has been raving about the artists. Hair and makeup lasted all day and looked amazing.

I had an okay experience with Dawna Boot for my bridal hair and makeup. The two ladies who did my hair and makeup were very nice and friendly. I was disappointed with the extra cost added to my bill one month before the wedding without any notice or explanation. They charged me for the travel costs of the hair and makeup artists. This was an extra $40 that I was not expecting to pay. It was not mentioned anywhere on my contract!! On top of this, I had shared inspiration images with Dawna prior to my wedding day and my artists had NEVER seen them. I booked them a year in advance and sent my Inspiration images well in advance as well. They were not prepared so I felt as though they were not able to get me as close to the images as I would have liked.

I don't know here to Start with Dawna. She is truly incredible. She did the makeup for my wedding last weekend and made each and every single one of my girls look perfect. My makeup was glowy and perfect and my mom looked like a movie star. She is so kind and really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. Dawna is absolutely amazing to work with. She listens to concerns, and tailors the look to what you like/are comfortable with. She is super professional, genuine and so talented.
