My name is Afia Agyeman and I am a Toronto based makeup artist with 13 years of experience in the beauty industry. I do it all when it comes to makeup!
I specialize in bridal, celebrity, television and occasion makeup. As a beauty expert on multiple television shows including The Marilyn Dennis Show on CTV, I have had the opportunity to work with brands I adore while contributing my knowledge to a wide range of people with various needs. I have worked with celebrities such as Cardi B, Nene Leakes, Arlene Dickinson and Melissa Grelo to name a few. Working on celebrities for red carpets, concerts, and other appearances has allowed my work to reach people all over the world.
I enjoy sharing the tips and tricks I have accumulated with experience through beauty master classes. A highlight in my experience as an artist involves partnering with Sephora and Make Up For Ever to deliver a great ‘Tip Table’class focusing on achieving the perfect complexion. Witnessing women walk away with information to help them in a challenging beauty area (complexion) was extremely rewarding.
As I work to grow my client base and brand (Afia Beauty), I am certain that my drive and passion for artistry will continue to allow room for reinvention.
