Renata is THE BEST. I was lucky enough to win a 50% discount on alterations services from a contest I entered at the WedWell show, but even if I hadn't won that contest I would have worked with Renata because she was so detail oriented, caring, and helpful throughout the whole process. She made sure my wedding gown fit me perfectly, was comfortable, and highlighted all my favourite parts. I think maybe she's a magician because normally I hate a bustle, but she made my A-Line/ballgown dress bustle a dream that blended seamlessly into the back of the dress. She also helped me choose a (perfect) dramatic veil to complete the look, and helped to make sure that my second dress fit me like a glove. AND if that wasn't enough, I had shared with her that my family has an heirloom veil that every woman who's gotten married since my grandma has worn, but that I couldn't figure out how to get to stay in my hair in it's current state, and she picked it up from me, treated it with care, steam cleaned it, and added on some new combs so that I could incorporate it into the day. To say all the best parts of my wedding day look were touched by Renata would be an understatement, and on top of all that she's so kind and personable that fittings felt fun instead of like a chore! If you have a chance to work with Renata on your wedding (or other special occasion) gown, you MUST!!!
