Loversland was one of my favourite stops on my wedding dress hunt. Service was excellent and felt like shopping with a friend.

Dresses here are a little pricier than other shops but the quality was noticeably higher and in my opinion, worth it.

I find it interesting that this wonderful boutique chose the "Haven" as the name for their bridal salon. Because, that is exactly what it is. A safe haven from the cookie cutter, "I said yes!" movement so many bridal boutiques have chosen to be. And I don't mean to deter anyone who might find themselves drawn to that idea, Loversland is inclusive and accepting of everyone and their styles. It is an experience, full of unique wares, they make the dress buying experience calm, stylish and dare I say, COOL. The store is glowing in aesthetic beauty, from the amazing products they have out front to the glowing tented salon that feels like you're somewhere out of a fairy paradise painting. They played Bjork and Portishead and although that seems a small feat to accomplish I was so happy I wasn't bombarded with generic hype party music while trying to cultivate my look. The girls were helpful, friendly and most importantly genuine. They're in house veil selection was fantastic and I had the chance to completely customize my length, shade and detailing. If you want to be a cool bride, do yourself a favor, go to Loversland.

I had my wedding dress consultation booked May 2nd, right in the middle of the pandemic lock down. I called the shop to confirm the appointment was cancelled and spoke with Danielle, who told me to my delight that they were offering virtual consultations instead! She arranged a virtual trunk show with Savannah Miller herself and that was absolutely fantastic. I ended up buying a Savannah Miller gown. If Danielle and the Loversland store didn’t offer this service I’d most likely still be looking for a dress and not have the option of getting a designer I wanted because of the shipping delays. I want to send a massive thanks to Danielle for making this an unforgettable experience for me, in more ways than 1!

I was so sick the day I had my appointment at loversland, and really was not expecting to walk out of the store purchasing a dress. The stylist that helped me was so patient, kind, and such a good listener. I had a particular style in mind (classic but unique/ boho elements) and she directed me to designers that could meet what I was looking for. With every dress I tried on, before I stepped out of the change room to show my family, she asked how I felt in the dress and listened very well. She was also so sweet and complimented how the dresses looked on me and honestly made me feel so confident! She was also honest when something definitely was not my style which I appreciated. I was hesitant to spend above my budget, but the store has been very accommodating. I fell totally in love with my dress and honestly felt that it was made for me! My stylist definitely had a role to play in delivering exactly what I had in mind, despite how sick and un-articulate I probably sounded. I can't wait to go back and try on my dress once its in!

The staff at Loversland were wonderful. I wasn’t expecting to leave with a dress, but walked out with my dress at a sample sale. They made me feel like a Queen. The quality of the dresses was amazing!

I really, really wanted to like Loversland. The store had everything going for me. I was looking for an unconventional wedding gown with a boho vide that I could wear for a ceremony on the beach. After reading the glowing reviews on this place, I was truly expecting to find my dress here. Sadly, Loversland fell short - not in the gowns department, but in customer service. As I walked into the store, I was barely greeted by the two ladies at the front, both of which looked at each other as though neither wanted to help me. Eventually, one of the girls took me and throughout my whole appointment gave off a "Let's-Get-This-Over-With" kind of attitude. She gave me 5 clips, and when I expressed interest in trying on more gowns, said that I was only allowed to try on 5 per appointment. That is a FIRST I have heard from any bridal store, especially considering that I had spent over an hour and a half at Felisha's the week prior and tried on over 10 different gowns. My stylist lost patience with me early on in the process. After gown #3, she claimed that, and I quote, "we are going in circles," and was really insistent that she pulled some gowns for me that would be more flattering on my form. I get it - she was being honest and trying to be helpful but at that moment, I felt like I wanted to cry. Being a shorter girl, I've constantly struggled with my weight, as gaining only a little really shows on my small frame. When asked what body shape and height these gowns were meant for, my stylist said that it was for an average height of 5'7" without any hesitation or sensitivity. I brought a friend, whose existence wasn't acknowledged, and noticed my stylist roll her eyes in frustration whenever a dress didn't work out for me. The whole appointment felt awkward and despite eventually finding a gown that did work at the end, the lack of support I felt from my stylist just made every beautiful gown there not beautiful.

So happy to have found my dream dress here and everyone was so lovely. Would 100% recommend to anyone who wants a different and gorgeous dress!!! Was happy with who they recommended for cleaning and alterations too!
