A wonderful experience during our fitting for mother of the groom and mother of the bride. We were greeted at the door by the consultant who was ready to serve us. Gordana was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The store has a welcoming feel to it. We did not feel rushed or pressured. Glad we came to try on some dresses. I would recommend the shop to friends and family. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. They made recommendations, gave me space to browse and pick out options to try on. I just put a clothes pin on each dress I wanted to try and they brought it over for me. When I came in for my first fitting, the seamstress came over and gave me a quote on the spot for alterations and marked the hem while I was there even though I didn't have an appointment with her specifically. (She did finish with her other customer first, so it was a 5-10 min wait, but I chatted with the other staff while waiting and was no problem) while the final fitting was cutting it close to the big day (options were 9 days before between night shifts or 3 days before the wedding), they did their best to work around my schedule. The alterations were done well and they added a couple little touches (cups in the top, hook and eye for the zipper at no cost). Overall for wedding prices, theirs were reasonable. Alterations much better priced than another brides experience at David's bridal. Would highly recommend this store to others

Thank you, Best for Bride Hamilton for helping me find my dress. I walked into my appointment feeling apprehensive and left at the end with a big smile on my face. Consultant Gordana was very knowledgeable and supportive. I spotted a dress with the most beautiful fabric but I wouldn't have considered the style for myself. Gordana encouraged me to try it on and I absolutely loved it. I tried on several other styles for comparison and the whole appointment ended up being very enjoyable. Best of all, the dress turned out to be a Canadian brand and the price was surprisingly good. Seamstress Gloria did a beautiful job with the hemming and bustle and took the time to explain everything.

At my first visit, where I ended up purchasing a dress the staff were kind and helpful. After falling out of love with said dress due to over a year passing from Covid postponements, the manager at the time was more that understanding and helped me find a dress that made me feel beautiful. Fast forward to what was supposed to be my final dress fitting where, the staff had all changed, they were not friendly or inviting what so ever, the seamstress felt preoccupied with her own personal life and made my fitting(s) rushed. Three days before my wedding, there was an issue that needed me to come in and there was zero flexibility in allowing me to finish work before coming in, therefore I had to cancel the rest of my day, looking unprofessional to my clients. In the end, I picked up my dress without trying it on as I wanted to just be done with my situation there. 2 years ago I’d highly recommend this location, but now, I’d say go elsewhere.

The ladies were great at assisting me, making me feel comfortable and pulling dresses that matched my vision, but then they found a wild card that blew my expectations away. When it came to veil and alterations, everything was tied together perfectly to make me feel like the princess I always wanted to be. Definitely worth it!

My daughter-in-law to be and I have just had a wonderful afternoon wedding dress shopping at Best for Bride. All the dresses were truly amazing and very reasonably priced.
