  From Ceremony to Last Dance – Absolutely Perfect

  We can’t say enough amazing things about Revolution Entertainment! From the very beginning, their team was professional, organized, and so easy to work with. They took the time to understand our vision, our music preferences, and the vibe we wanted for both the ceremony and reception.
  
  On our wedding day, everything was seamless. The ceremony music was timed perfectly, the cocktail hour had the perfect atmosphere, and once the reception started, they kept the dance floor packed all night long! Our DJ read the crowd effortlessly, mixing songs that kept every age group entertained and made sure there was never a dull moment.
  
  Guests are still telling us how much fun they had dancing, and that’s all thanks to Revolution Entertainment. Their energy, professionalism, and passion for what they do truly made our wedding unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ service and would recommend them to any couple looking to create the perfect soundtrack for their big day!

  Flawless Entertainment by Revolution Entertainment

  We had the absolute pleasure of working with Revolution Entertainment for our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with their services. From the DJ to the photobooth and sound equipment, everything was executed flawlessly.
  
  Jeremy, our DJ, was fantastic—he kept everyone dancing all night long and played the perfect mix of music that matched our vibe and the energy of our guests. We received so many compliments on the music, and it was clear that Jeremy knew exactly how to create an unforgettable atmosphere.
  
  The photobooth was a big hit with our guests and worked seamlessly throughout the night. The entire setup was intuitive and easy to use, and it provided so many fun memories for us and our guests to look back on.

  Hit every note

  From the quoting phase to the last song played at the wedding, dealing with Revolution was a simply amazing experience. We had an extremely personable DJ hosting the event and keeping an eye on the Photo Booth as the night went on and our guests absolutely loved both. Would not hesitate to give them a shout again if we ever hosted anything down the road. True professionals here.

  Best DJ Ever

  Our DJ was fantastic! She read the room and played all of our favourite songs! The process of choosing the music was very easy and we had lots of control over it all!

  Highly Recommend

  This company was extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable, reliable, and talented. Our DJ did an awesome job keeping the crowd engaged, played all of the songs we asked for, and going with the flow through schedule changes. We are very happy we hired them!

  DJ was terrible. Photobooth was a joke. Got a partial refund.

  I'm absolutely gutted. I chose this place because it came recommended and they had good reviews.
  Well. Here's an honest review. I owe it to other brides.
  I had a terrible experience with the DJ and photobooth. PROCEED WITH CAUTION.
  My wedding was in a reputable hotel downtown edmonton. I paid for the experienced DJ who could read the crowd and accommodate requests. I paid extra for the photobooth with unlimited printed photos.
  
  My recommendation to brides: Don't waste your money on the photobooth. It's an ipad with a small ring light. The attendant didn't have it set up properly. It was too far from the backdrop and he admitted he "forgot" to adjust the brightness of the ring light. The set up was inadequate to ever have a chance of taking a decent photo. Out of 133 photos I received... only about 35 are salvageable. I am gutted. I thought it was just the printer on the night of showing bad photos, but my digital album confirmed it was the whole thing. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO USE THE "PHOTOBOOTH" (blurry ipad with ineffective ring light). I don't understand how this went so wrong. The attendant was there monitoring every photo taken... and didn't fix anything. I asked to see the "originals" and I have photos taken by the attendant of himself, testing the equipment, AND THEY ARE BLURRY. He never got it set up correctly. I don't... I don't understand how he came to set it up, took photos, saw they were blurry, and didn't do anything about it.
  I splurged for unlimited printed photos. They were terrible and dark. But nothing you can do about that if the source material was inadequate. That was my experience.
  ALSO - they don't have physical props. I've never heard of a photobooth that doesn't bring props. FUN: I had left some cheapy props under the photobooth table to "supplement" the photobooth props. Turns out the attendant saw the props and somehow decided on his own that no props were better than some props. I just.. ugh I want to cry.
  
  DJ: DJ was terrible. played the wrong songs for mother-son dance. panicked. couldn't recover. didn't invite people to watch us dance for the first dances, so everyone was still sitting when he tried to switch over to... okay now the dance is starting? IT WAS SO AWKWARD. No one knew what to do. He played the special songs at the wrong times. couldn't transition between songs. sound issues throughout. played 3 breakup(!?!) songs. in a row. at a wedding. Couldn't handle requests. couldn't mix songs. would then choose to play the same entire song for the entire 3-4 minutes of the song.... I assume because he was scared to try the transitions? So many hard stops and computer noises and error-message-sounds. Dance floor was pretty much empty the entire night. My family loves to dance (we're not good at it, but we love to dance). And no one was dancing for most of the evening. I tried to make the best of it but... it was heart breaking. I didn't blame anyone for not dancing... it was.... sigh. I didn't want to dance to what he had going either.
  
  The customer service (partial refund) was appreciated, but it wasn't enough. It doesn't fix how cringey it was. I hope one day I can laugh at the terrible, terrible experience. Right now, it makes me want to puke thinking about it.
  
  Take away: if you hire, don't get the photobooth. If you do, don't trust the attendant to set it up properly. Have a trusted person there right at the beginning to make sure that things are set up okay. I trusted the professionals to do the job, and they didn't. Make them do printed photos in front of you. Don't leave until they set it up correctly.
  DJ: .... I don't know what to say about this. Apparently this DJ was just having an off night. I don't know how to avoid this. I know we are human but ... but you just can't have an off night at a wedding.

  Great DJ, great company!

  We just had Revolution DJ our wedding Oct 7 2023 and they were awesome! The company was easy to deal with! They added the songs we wanted to their database within a couple days of asking. Very quick responses! And the actual DJ we had was so great! Checked in with us throughout the night, timing was great and the party was awesome! 10/10 recommend!

  made my wedding so fun

  I highly recommend revolution for your DJ at your wedding! They’re so easy to communicate with and very easy going and understanding when booking! The backdrops are beautiful and the digital photo booth was a huge hit! Not to mention DJ Tyrone is very experienced with what he does and knows how to keep a party alive!

  Very good!

  We had a great experience with revolution DJ. They were responsive and price is reasonable. Their portal to add songs and send messages was easy to navigate and really convenient. We liked our DJ, Jonathan. He was communicative and collaborative. He made sure to listen to us and coordinated our songs really well. Our guests had good things to say about the music played. He knew how to read the crowd and made it really fun.
