CEO and Chef Nicole Schuchard and her talented team at Three Olives Catering strive to tantalize taste buds with their delectable selection of cuisines. Three Olives is a division of The Art of Cooking Institute. The group is dedicated to providing all of their clients’ catering needs. The business is a premium award-winning cuisine and event design company in Atlantic Canada. From intimate dinners to serving more than 1000 guests, the team will have you covered. Three Olives Catering is based in Saint John, New Brunswick.

Experience

Nicole grew up just outside of Atlanta, Georgia and is a first-in-class graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu Paris. She has worked with some leading chefs and has managed various well-known restaurants. She has also studied in the Carleton University in Ottawa, Mount Saint Vincent University, and Dalhousie University in Halifax. She is also the proud founder of the Atlantic Prediabetes Clinic and has the experience of working with the Food Network. She has also written about food for various publications.
