All meals are scratch made, hand picked and locally sourced when ever possible. What sets my business apart is the culinary theatre style of service. Culinary theathre means I bring a portable kitchen on site to the venue, cook and finish prepped ingriedents infront of the guests. It's showmanship of culinary techniques as well as displays the quality of the products I am serving. I also offer bartending and sevice staffing.
