Devour is fantastic!! From trying out their food, to selecting the menu, to organizing and planning the meals for the day to the final meal and service, the whole process was easy and the people went beyond expectations. We were very impressed with everything the Devour team did, and were blown away by how good the food and service was on our wedding day. 10/10!

We got married in Canmore in the fall of 2023, and to this day can’t stop talking about how amazing the food was at our wedding reception! Working with Jasmin and the team at Devour was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. They are very professional, accommodating, responsive and clearly passionate about what they do. We had the utmost confidence in their services from the start, which was important to us because catering is no small expense and food was a super important element of our experience! For our wedding, we were on a mission to find a talented caterer who could do an all vegan buffet menu. We were so lucky to have come across Devour. They created the most incredible, creative and mouth-watering menu that our (mostly non-vegan) guests raved about. The staff who worked at the reception were also super friendly, and made for a lovely experience with the food service. If you are thinking of hiring a caterer for your wedding, look no further. We would recommend Devour to anyone! Thank you so much!

We had experience working with this caterer through our work Christmas parties, so we knew what to expect for the taste and quality of the food and it's hands down the best! Everyone at the wedding raved about the food and how good it was. We did a family style service instead of plated and it was well received, our guests really liked that they could go for second helpings. Devour definitely delivered on that and the presentation was excellent.

We also hired Devour to take care of our rentals and setup and pack down, they acted like an events team for the wedding. This was really helpful given the venue we were at. It was also so great to not have to worry about any of the rentals the next day after the wedding, they took care of it all for us.

If you plan on hiring Devour as your event coordinator, my advise would be to ask for a full list of items that they will be doing for you (ex. printing menu's, seating chart etc.) and go over the full vision of what you want everything to look like. I felt that I was asking more then often if they were doing these things for us or if I was responsible to do them, so a bit of confusion there.

During the time of our wedding one of the founders and operators of the company was unavailable due to family issues and so the other founder took over. This did cause some delay in communication and created some frustration for us.

There were a few minor discrepancies between what we had planned in our dinner service and what was actually delivered. We made an inquiry about it and they refunded us the difference. We appreciate working with companies that are willing to own their mistakes and work with clients on resolutions.

If we were doing this again we would definitely hire Devour but be a little more upfront about what we expected in terms of communication and the overall role as an event manager and wedding coordinator.

Devour was incredible to work with! They tailored our menu to be very personalized. The staff was so professional, bar staff was amazing.

They took care of everything and made our day incredibly stress free. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My fiancé and I are getting married in 2018. I contacted devour in February 2017 to get a catering quote. They refused to give me any sort of pricing or menu options over the phone/email, and insisted that I meet with them in person. My fiancé and I met with Jasmin in early March, and spent an hour of our time going over everything we wanted at our wedding. She advised us she would have our quote ready in two weeks. A month went by and I had not heard anything. I contacted her and asked how things were going. She apologised and said they had been busy, she would "have the quote for my 2018 wedding by the end of the week." It's now July and I have still not heard from them. I am extremely disappointed. Needless to say, we have booked another caterer who was able to get back to us right away. It's very stressful planning a wedding, especially when potential vendors do not get back to you and waste your time. I guess our wedding simply was not good enough for devour to cater. I would not recommend at all.

Would give 6 or 10 stars if possible. Guests requested recipes. The company was a dream to deal with from beginning to end. They went above and beyond at the last minute to boot after our original plan fell through. We highly recommend Devour!
