Chef Gabby helped open the Jamie Oliver cookery school in London, trained chefs at the Ritz in Paris and most recently was sous-chef for HRM the Queen of England. Chef Gabby is now the Head Chef of her private fine dining company called GourmetGab Events with her sommelier husband here in Halifax, Nova Scotia
This is our very own Sommelier Gabor Bodo. He has trained in London, England in the hospitality industry for nearly 15 years and is now in the East Coast of Canada bringing you an incredible weath of knowledge of all things wine! Gabor's resume includes working in 5 star hotels and restaurants as well as in some of London's most 'posh' boutique wine shops. Whether you are interested in history, family-run wineries or simply how to pair wine with your food, he is the man to ask!
