Andrew and his team at EnVille Event Catering and Design truly exceeded our expectations! They crafted a bespoke menu that beautifully honoured both of our cultures, and the execution was flawless. Andrew's professionalism, flexibility, and creativity made the entire process a joy. He always brought a smile and went above and beyond to ensure our dream wedding menu came to life. We recently worked with Enville Catering for our wedding and were really impressed with Andrew's extensive knowledge of worldly cuisines. His positive attitude and willingness to understand our vision were what truly led us to choose Enville. Andrew offered a variety of options to accommodate our budget, and his expertise was evident throughout the process.

One highlight was the hors d'oeuvres—our guests absolutely loved them, especially the mini bunny chow and the lamb lollipops. These dishes were a huge hit and definitely added to the overall excitement and uniqueness of the event.

One area for improvement was the seasoning in some of the Central American dishes. Despite requesting additional soy sauce and salt during the tasting, the flavors didn’t quite meet our expectations. However, the food stations were a huge success—our guests found them unique, fun, and a standout element of the evening.

Unfortunately, there was a minor drawback with the bartending service. The bartenders opened several bottles of the same spirit at a time, some of which were barely used. This meant we couldn’t return them and ended up spending more than we anticipated. While this was a small setback, it didn’t take away from the overall experience.

Overall, we appreciate the creativity and flexibility Andrew and Enville brought to our wedding. While there were a few minor issues, we were happy with their service and would recommend them, especially for their food presentation and Andrew’s expertise and professionalism.

En Ville provided the most amazing service on our wedding day. The food was incredible and was the talk of the event! The staff as well were so kind and on top of everything!

My husband and I were so impressed by Sommer ( who was also our wedding coordinator) and EnVille throughout our planning process . We endured MANY twists and turns with the pandemic over the past year but was felt very assured that Sommer would help us change
And adapt as needed !

We ended up having a 12 person Outdoor dinner at our Airbnb rather than the original plan of 140 people indoor at a wedding venue! Our day was beyond perfect and due to the smaller group we ended up doing a 5 course menu as an elevated dining experience and we are still dreaming about our food. Our guests were so Impressed !

Beyond the food - Sommer organized all of our rentals, bar tending and set up table for us. It was so seamless and we didn’t need to worry about a thing.

We would highly recommend Enville catering for their flexibility , professionalism and super custom dining experience . We will be having EnVille cater our October reception dinner as well!

Sommer and the staff at Enville are awesome! Our wedding started out as a 100 person Wedding in a Toronto Venue but due to COVID restrictions ended up being a 20 person backyard wedding in Caledon. Needless to say it was a stressful planning process. Thankfully we had Sommer to guide us through the whole thing. Honestly we couldn't have done it without her! We had know clue what we were doing from the start and Sommer was able to work with us through all the ups and downs to create a wedding that was so special to us and exactly what we wanted.

The whole catering staff knocked it out of the park! Despite switching the venue 7 days before the wedding and having to use a residential kitchen the food and service was flawless. We received so many compliments on how great everything was and how smoothly everything went despite all the hurdles.

Absolutely amazing! Enville catered our wedding at Steam Whistle on November 16, 2019. The food and service was fantastic, Sommer and the Enville team went above and beyond, including designing a custom menu for us (which so beautifully represented our relationship and our wedding vision) and made sure they had a waiter that could speak to my husband's relatives who didn't speak English. Sommer herself was absolutely invaluable on the day of, she made sure everything moved along quickly and was great at problem solving the little hiccups that arose throughout the night. We had great feedback on the food. Highly, highly recommend!

We had a phenomenal experience with EnVille. Sommer was our catering and event manager and really understood our vision - and then made it a reality. We wanted a party, and we got one. The food was exceptional - everyone raved, and we're still getting compliments weeks after the wedding. If you're in the initial stages of booking a catering company, LOOK NO FURTHER! Sommer and her team at EnVille are incredible. It can be very overwhelming with all the Toronto based caterers out there. Sommer met with me in person to talk me through everything. She got to know me, and curated a menu and vibe that was JUST ME! Not only is the food AMAZING, Sommer and her team were kick ass event coordinators! Our wedding went seamlessly with their help. Sommer even teamed up with my florist and designed us a beautiful arch to get married under. Enville is a one stop shop, I'm tellin' ya - look no further. They do it all and they do it well!

En Ville Catering was a dream team to work with. We had a two-day wedding and they did the catering for our first day, and that really set a positive tone for the whole weekend. The food surpassed our expectations and was consistently excellent. My background is Trinidadian and they were able to integrate some our cultural foods into the menu. One of our guests even said that the food was comparable to that made in Trinidad!
