What has started as a love of baking as a little girl with my mom making delicious homemade cakes and cookies for my special occasions has turned into the love of creating wonderful, delicious, and decorative cakes for everyone. It started when my chilren didn't have the acquired taste for italian sponge cake with pastry creme and all they wanted was Duncan Hines cakes from mom. A couple of years later Cake Boss came along and showed me another world of cake decorating, fondant and I was hooked.

More the 10 years later, not only do I create with buttercream but making fondant things come to life, I bake from scratch, just like mom using flour, eggs and sugar. My kids are my biggest fans and now love when mom make homemade cakes with real buttercream, no more Duncan Hines for them.
