Thank you so much to Claire, Mike and staff! We had a wonderful experience at the Waterfront. We chose the venue because of the view from the reception room, great food and service, good size bar (especially for an open bar), good size dance floor and inclusive package offerings (e.g., DJ/MC services through AMV). We had 100 adults and 12 children attend our wedding. The guests raved about the location, food and great fun that they had on our wedding day! Leading up to the wedding the taste testing was fun (we could invite up to 4 people to attend with us to experience full course meals), the open house (where we could chose different decor options and modify them as needed; we also taste tested the appetizers and night station foods), and Claire (wedding/events coordinator) was so responsive to my many emails leading up to the wedding day. On the day of the wedding, Mike gave us pep talks and checked in with us throughout the entire experience. The chef, kitchen staff, bartenders and servers were professional and on pointe! We enjoyed every moment of our wedding day - thank you so much!

Doing our reception at the Waterfront Banquet is the best decision my spouse and I made for our wedding! From planning stage to day-of the wedding, Claire and Mike were exceptional! I did not feel stressed knowing the team’s expertise will handle my wedding needs. They made sure my vision for our wedding was met and I can’t believe how smooth everything went. My guests also cannot stress enough how good the food was!

We had a wonderful experience with the waterfront!!! We started our planning with Mike and Eduvina, who were both very helpful and responsive. The whole process is so easy and straightforward. The meetings we had were very useful and helped with planning. Ashlie took over for Edu but the transition was seamless, she knew all about our previous planning was just as nice to work with. On the day of, everything ran so smoothly and we had such a great time. Everything looked beautiful and the decor and set-up was stunning. The food was absolutely amazing! Our friends and family are still talking about it! The team was so great! Ashlie got us all set up and Mike, Claire and the rest of the staff took care of us all night! It was such a great time and we are so thankful we had our wedding at the Waterfront Centre!

We celebrated my wedding at the Waterfront in September 2022 and our day was absolutely amazing! Mike and Ashlie were a pleasure to work with right from day one and were so accommodating, detail oriented and dedicated to making sure our day was nothing short of perfect. I don't think I have enough words to describe how perfect and amazing The Waterfront made my day. Their service was impeccable! They really went abovr and beyone to ensure everything went smoothly and perfect. They even added greenery to my headtable that my florist had forgotten. Even touch through the process between booking with them and the actual wedding day the wedding coordinator changed, they made sure I went through everything I had envisioned at the beginning again and were always open and very responsive to my emails and calls. And the fact that they have everything there.... minimize in 1000% my stress knowing that they had it all. Thank you The Waterfront for the most perfect day!

My husband and I got married at the Waterfront Banquet Centre in September. This venue was SO easy to work with, they were well organized and offer so many extras to take the stress out of planning! Mike and his team are amazing, the moment we met him we felt like family, he made us so comfortable and he was very trustworthy (unlike some other venues where you are treated as just a number).

The food was amazing! Our guests raved on how fantastic and warm the food was! We went with the Steakhouse package and were not disappointed! The abundance and quality of food offered at the late night buffet was another thing guests were raving about, SO GOOD!

The venue itself it stunning with views of the Hamilton waterfront. We had around 175 guests and it never felt cramped, it was the perfect amount of space! The décor they offer was fabulous and made it so much easier for end of the night clean up.

Eduvina and Ashlie helped plan our wedding and Claire and Mike were there throughout the night making sure everything was under control and on time. They all did a fabulous job!!

The bartenders did an amazing job keeping up with the number of people we had, there was never a long line - something we were concerned about from other weddings we have been to. If there was a longer line, Mike would run behind the bar to help catch up!

I would recommended this venue to anyone! The level of stress alleviated by their all inclusive approach was amazing!

Very happy with using this venue, the location is beautiful, the food is amazing and they include so many things that makes wedding planning easier and less stressful. All my guest are raving about the food.

The planning process was made seamless even during COVID-19 with Eduvina staying in touch with us often to relay the latest updates regarding planning our special day. Mark and Eduvina made us feel welcome at the open house, tasting and of course our big day! The food was out of this world delicious and honestly we enjoyed every single piece of food we ate. Several guests stated that was the best wedding food they had ever had. I would recommend this venue over and over again I can’t say enough amazing things about the staff and the venue itself.

I was extremely lucky to have such an understanding and co-operative venue. They always kept great communication and were willing to work with us when we needed to postpone our wedding. When the new date came, and we had a new set of restrictions. I was worried this wasn't going to feel as special, compared to the original reception that was planned, but Mike and Eduvina didn't let it diminish our special day. They gave us the best experience we could've had.

Oh and the food was AMAZING!!

Mike and Eduvina were a complete joy to work with. They helped accommodate our wedding despite this pandemic and truly went above and beyond to make our vision come true. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone looking for a stress-free wedding. Also, the food was amazing and Eduvina’s stylings were perfect.
