Facilities and Capacity

Couples who book The Grand Luxe Event Boutique for their once-in-a-lifetime occasion can say “I do”, dine, drink, and dance the night away in a single location. The all-important ceremony can take place in the Main Ballroom as couples are declared as official newlyweds in front of their distinguished invitees. Against a distinctive feature wall of square tiles, a makeshift arch can be erected as the couple’s chosen officiant joins them in matrimony. Alternatively, linen drapes can be set up behind a floral-decorated altar. Ample seating can be arranged for guests as the milestone moment takes shape. Elsewhere, the Parlour can be used as two people are joined in matrimony. Elegant, luxurious, and tastefully designed, it matches the elevated occasion. After the ceremony has taken place, the Parlour welcomes the party as everyone awaits the newlyweds’ grand entrance. Defined by striking designs and smooth lines, it can conveniently be divided into separate areas. For the reception, the Ballroom beckons with its expansive layout, lavish decor, and 24-foot high ceilings. Hanging lights, spotlights, and accent lighting combine to add warmth and appeal as everyone settles in for an evening of fun and conversation. Tables and chairs welcome guests to sit and relax as the cuisine is served up. A dance floor can be freed up for anyone who wants to boogie the night away surrounded by modern stylings and friendly faces. Overall, the venue’s capacity ranges from 120 to 500 people.

Best wedding and event venue!

Lina and Richard (Grand Luxe Event Boutique):
Thank you for the amazing meal and wonderful service that you and your staff provided for K&J's wedding. Everything went smoothly - couldn't have asked for a better team. You've both done so much for us - from Richard handling vomit so professionally and busting out the large sparklers for us; to Lina who is quick to assist wherever needed and double triple-checking all our details for us leading up to the big day and on the big day itself. You were truly by our side through it all... Thank You. :)
Compliments also goes to the chef on the steak... it was really, really good!

To future couples- if you book your wedding at Grand Luxe- you are in for a treat! Service is unparalleled - everyone had an amazing time and the staff really takes care of you. If you're a foodie- you will love the endless options available for appetizers and sweets. I have worked at many venues as by far, the best experience has been at Grand Luxe. 5 stars hands down!

The BEST venue

I wanted to give a special shout-out to Krystal and Valentina. They were absolutely incredibly in making my wedding as special is it could be. Grand Luxe was the absolute, most perfect venue for my wedding. Especially having it originally planned in 2020, they were incredibly accommodating during Covid. I will continue to recommend Grand Luxe to any couple looking for venues for their big day.

The Grand Luxe was a DREAM!

First off, I want to point out that I booked the Grand Luxe back in 2019 and even with the pandemic, we did not have to move our date at all! We had a 2 year engagement and SO glad we did! We got everything we wanted on July 16th and more - our wedding was a DREAM! I started off working with two other coordinators (Lina / Katerina - both amazing) at the Grand Luxe and with everyone trying to get back on their feet from the pandemic, Krystal Nolin was then assigned to my event. Krystal took matters into her own hands and was EXTREMELY responsive! Even when I would think to myself, is this a dumb question to ask? or the amount of emails I would send her in a day, she was ALWAYS there for me and would put my stress level at ease! Krystal is the nicest, most kindest person in the world. She made anything I would ask her workout in her schedule and was extremely accommodating! Krystal is an amazing person. On the day of my wedding, not only was I comfortable with her being with us, but the whole Grand Luxe staff that was present on our day were nothing, but FANTASTIC! I want to shout out a few people I connected with that helped us through our wedding process / day (Markos, Demo, Sydney, Nikki, Liz, Wassum - please excuse my misspelling of names) To the rest of the staff that were on site on our day, please forgive me, but know your service was incredible! I HIGHLY recommend the Grand Luxe Event Boutique to anyone looking for an amazing time and a LARGE / PRIVATE SPACE! Brendon and I are extremely happy with everything and are leaving with all the memories we created with family, friends, and the Grand Luxe family.

Our Grand Luxe Wedding!

To put it simply, planning our wedding at The Grand Luxe was easy, stress free and beyond our expectations. Lina was our co-ordinator and working with her was a breeze! She was accommodating to everything we requested and the execution of the evening was perfect! The food, ambiance and staff were top notch. We want to go back just for dinner one night to experience the amazing food again!! The sound and lighting in the space also takes an event from good to awesome. Thank you so, so, SO much for helping our vision come to life.

Best Decision

Everything was perfect! From the service from all staff, the quality of food, the decor, and everything in between -- Working with Krystal and her team was an absolutely dream. She was very attentive and organized. Our guests had the best time and are still talking about it 6 months later.

Fairytale Wedding!

This venue is STUNNING! We could not be happier with how our big day turned out. Our Grand Luxe coordinator Krystal was amazing! Everything leading up to our wedding was organized, detailed and ran as smoothly as possible. The food served at the Grand Luxe was delicious - we received a lot of compliments from our guests.

Perfection

I cannot thank Lina and the entire Grand Luxe team enough for the amazing experience we had. From start to finish, it could not have been a better experience, I cannot explain the amount of compliments we received from all of our guests. From the food and service to the look of the venue, everyone raved about the time they had. Not a single complaint. Lina is absolutely phenomenal. I could not have asked for a better co-coordinator. Thank you guys for the outstanding night!

Everything Went Perfectly

My wife and I were very happy with our wedding. We hired Krystal to be the day of coordinator at the hall and she did an amazing job. Everything was on time, ran perfectly and most importantly we had a great time. Also this was one of the only halls that is reasonable and does not nickle and dime on everything. For example we wanted Mcdonalds as a late night snack. No issues with this hall and no made up excuses of why this was a problem. There response was a no problem and they picked up the food.

Stay away!!

Terrible!! I booked My Wedding for September 2019 . Unprofessional staff , will pick and choose when to respond to you whenever it is only convenient for them. Director is unprofessional and can't keep his word . I reduced my guest count guarantee as we are a small family . When I shared my feedback about poor service and communication. Director (who is always late ) decided to cancel my booking after it was confirmed and fabricated an excuse that I am criticizing their organization and their price structure . i am actually relieved that I won't have to deal with them , And I wouldn't wish it for anyone. Don't waste your time!!

A decision you won't regret.

I got married here on Sept. 1, 2018 and can hands-down say that as a bride who was on the hunt, if you are debating between this venue or another one, choose Grand Luxe Event Boutique! Best wedding decision I made (..besides my hubby of course! ). I never thought in a million years that I would have my guests reaching out to me days after the wedding telling me they couldn't believe how amazing the night was and the overall service they received. The entire staff was just so on-point, professional, and for an event that can be so stressful, the night was as smooth as could be. Everyone's meals came out hot with incredible reviews and were plated at the exact same time (not like a banquet hall that serves your meals by opening up a stand with a big tray by your table and then starts plating your meals one by one...). Serving of the meals was almost like a show to watch. The bartenders were so entertaining to observe as well, and the flare show they perform during your event is a mega bonus that no other venue features. It'll be a wedding-first for many of your guests! The coordination between our DJ/MC (Demo, Alpha Entertainment) and the day-of coordinator (Krystal, Grand Luxe) was unbelievable. When we all met just a couple weeks before the wedding to finalize all the details and to make sure the night flowed smoothly, they certainly delivered on their end. The night was just a fun time for everyone, and it's really nice to hear from your some of your guests that we were able to give them one of the most memorable nights of their lives.! (What a compliment, eh?! Thank you Grand Luxe for that). I welcome any bride to personally reach out to me if she has any questions/concerns about choosing this venue.

Markos, Krystal, Demo, and the entire Grand Luxe team - thank you all so so much for an incredible night and experience. Looking back, we wouldn't have changed a single thing from our night! It was just a perfect wedding day and everything we could've hoped for. Sincerely, Anna & Demetre.
