We got married at the Terminal City Club in April 2017, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any couple looking for a potential wedding venue in Vancouver. Firstly, the location and architecture of the venue itself is beautiful. Right downtown with view of the water and Canada Place. We used the metropolitan ball room which is elegant with beautiful chandeliers. Also used the presidents ball room for cocktails which is perfect as the patio is great for guests to mingle.
Aside from the physical building, what set Terminal City Club apart for us, was the amazing service we received from the staff at the venue. More specifically, we had Brittany as our primary contact for our wedding, with lots of help from Carly as well. They were both very friendly and professional to deal with when planning for something as large as a wedding, and were able to answer every single detailed orientated question to my needs. They were constantly available when needed to ask questions (and there was a ton of questions and concerns), and responded to emails always in a timely manner. Brittany was able to work closely with you to meet your budget, while still making your visions and dreams come true on the wedding day. In all honesty, the estimate was fair, and and when all was said and done, the cost remained within the budget.
The food, was amazing. We had the short ribs and ling cod for our guests, and everybody, including ourselves, only had positive things to say about the food! Many of our friends are "foodies", and we were a little concerned at the mass catering of food for the night, however, after tasting the food and speaking with our guests, the food was nothing but delicious! - from appetizer to main to dessert.
Logistically, the TCC performed perfectly on the wedding day. Everything was set up in a timely organized manner, and all of our stresses were alleviated as things continued to unfold in a organized, professional manner. From the ceremony set up, to the cocktail hours, to the reception, and finally the dance floor, everything was set up perfectly and Brittany and her team really did this seamlessly.
I would personally highly recommend using the Terminal City Club as your wedding venue.

Our already amazing day was topped off by the most perfect venue. Everything beginning from the first steps into our beautiful and elegant ballroom, to the amazing and kind service from the staff we were blown away. The food deserves a mention of its own, as it is absolutely outstanding -every last bite of it! Needless to say, I would have my wedding at the Terminal City Club and do it all over again in a heartbeat!
The TCC team was flawless at ensuring the coordination of our vendors were taken care of and all finishing details were complete before we arrived, making it all very stress free for us and our families. We are so happy with how the evening turned out and were able to thoroughly enjoy our evening, knowing everything was in great hands.

We got married at Terminal City Club in early July 2017 and it was exactly what we had imagined! The service at TCC is great - Brittany was our primary contact and she worked with both myself and my wedding planner to make sure everything was taken care of. Our experience with TCC started with a tour of the venue about a year before the wedding - the space is beautiful, with a beautiful entryway and stunning decor, from the dome to the chandeliers in the downstairs ballroom (Metropolitan).
Both Carly and Brittany were there and were very friendly and at no point did we feel they were being pushy. When my fiance and I asked about trying out the food before deciding whether or not to book, they happily made a reservation for us in the club's restaurant (normally reserved for club members). Note that we tried to do this with a similar venue that we were considering, but that other venue did not allow us to have dinner at their club's restaurant. The service was great at dinner and the food was excellent - but the part that impressed us most was that the staff actually covered the cost of our meal, even though we had not booked the space yet and we ordered several things in an effort to try as many dishes as possible! Not only that but they left us a sweet note to say congratulations! We did not expect it at all and I'm glad to say that it was not a one-off show of great service - throughout the planning process the team at TCC was friendly and professional, from setting up a lovely tasting (and accommodating a last minute schedule change) to our finalization meeting. On the night of the wedding, we got tons of compliments about the lovely venue, and our Banquet Manager, Ian, checked in with us multiple times to make sure everything was as we liked it The servers were all professional and friendly as well. I cannot say enough good things about having our wedding at TCC - we are so happy with how it all turned out!

TCC has absolutely everything you would look for in a wedding venue. The amazing staff and service that takes great care of you and your guests. The banquet halls caters to either a small intimate party or a large event. We had 60 guests and rented the top floor which had a balcony facing the north shore, a perfect setting outdoors for our ceremony. And the food, everyone kept raving about how they have been to so many weddings and our dinner buffet was by far the best. I would highly recommended to anyone who is looking and contemplating a wedding venue to look no further, because Brittany and her team will take great care of you.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience at Terminal City Club. With some phenomenal help from Carly Anderson and her AMAZING team, we were able to put a wedding (of 100 guests) together for a bride and groom all within 7 weeks of my initial meeting with them. Carly's work is professional and impeccable. She shares her knowledge and expertise thoughtfully, and considers all the factors at play. I'm so thankful for her immense patience and her attention to fine detail. Sometimes we ran into stumbling blocks and immediately she was accommodating and helped considerably by proactively assisting as well. I appreciated her genuine care and positive nature throughout the entire planning process. The Sunday Oct 30th afternoon wedding ceremony in the Metropolitan Ballroom went beautifully as planned. The staff had prepared and laid out everything well in advance. The bride and groom, family and guests had a spectacular evening all throughout dinner and dancing. The dinner and dessert buffet for our reception were top-notch. Huge selections of gourmet dishes were carefully tended to by talented, friendly chefs and team. And there was a great, cheerful bartender who took care of all the guests who wanted drinks. Everyone praised the wonderful care and service they received through the entire time! The costs may initially seem high for those carefully working within a budget but if you take a moment to consider this venue's professionalism, service, expertise and high standards, you'll realize how this is all worth it and will actually save you money, headaches and heartaches in the long run. Thank you for everything, Terminal City Club! I look forward to working with everyone there again! Thanks again, Carly!
