We had our wedding last weekend and it was everything we could have hoped for. The service from planning to the dinner was 5 star, the food excellent and the room beautiful. This was wonderfully turnkey, the club handled the catering, bar, service and our wedding cake. Would highly recommend for any event.Terminal City Club's reply:

We’re so glad we chose Terminal City Club as our wedding venue. We first discovered it during their open house, where we had the chance to tour the space and sample their food. We were instantly impressed. After reading glowing reviews about their catering (which turned out to be absolutely true), we knew this was the perfect place for our big day.
The venue is beautiful and ideally located in the heart of downtown Vancouver. The ballroom is stunning, spacious, and elegant. It created the perfect atmosphere for both our ceremony and reception.
A special thank you to Alyssa, our venue coordinator. She was there for us every step of the way, from scheduling our tasting to making sure everything ran smoothly on the wedding day (June 8th). She was incredibly patient, helpful, and always on top of things, which really helped ease the stress of planning.
The food and service were outstanding. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was, and the bartenders were attentive and kept the drinks flowing all night long. Some guests were amazed by how the bartenders seemed to remember what everyone had been drinking during the night!
We honestly couldn’t recommend Terminal City Club more. It was everything we hoped for and more. So happy we celebrated our wedding there. -

Best decision we made for our wedding! We received nothing but compliments from our guests about how beautiful the venue is, how kind and accommodating the staff are, and the most importantly how delicious the food was! Nothing but rave reviews about the food - better than the downtown hotels!
Rachel helped us plan and arrange everything for our big day. She was responsive, attentive, and professional. We relied on her to help us with all the details and nothing was overlooked.

Five Star All Around
The team at Terminal City Club was friendly, efficient and accommodating. The food was outstanding and the venue was magical. The team worked with all our vendors and wedding planners. The night was amazing. The service was fantastic. Can't say enough about this five star venue. Highly recommend. -

Amazing venue, highly recommended!
My husband and I had our ceremony and reception at TCC a few weeks ago. Their team is a pleasure to work with and we could not be happier. They are very personable, professional, and will not only meet your expectations, but will go above and beyond. We met and corresponded with Megan, who is amazing to work with. Thank you for helping make our dreams come true! -

We had our wedding night on Saturday Sept. 26,2020. We enjoyed the excellent service in the ballroom by the catering department. We also enjoyed the excellent dinner service provided by the chef. The beef tenderloin was mouth watering and tender. All of the dishes were beautifully plated and the guests really enjoyed the food. -

I honestly cannot say enough positive things about the Terminal City Club!
Our original venue double-booked and I urgently needed to book a new venue while being out of province. I emailed everyone I could possibly find and TCC was one of the few places available for our date. That double-booking was the best thing that could have happened to us! Working with Monika and Megan was so great. They were extremely responsive, answered all of my questions, sent pictures because I hadn't been able to see the space, and made sure I looked at everything before they took my deposit to make sure I was happy with everything.
When we finally saw the space in person, it was even more impressive than we had imagined. The staff was so friendly and attentive, the food was fantastic, and Megan was so supportive and helpful through all of the changes due to COVID. We lost our original ceremony space due to COVID and Megan was ready with a new plan out on the terrace. It was an amazing experience and our guests cannot stop raving about how great it was and how much they enjoyed the day with the amazing views, fantastic staff and delicious food. Highly recommended! -

TCC was amazing! Every single person we spoke with at our wedding was amazed by the level of service and professionalism (as well as how great the food was) from the team there. We dealt with Brittany and Monika, who were fantastic and extremely perceptive to our wants and wishes. So many small details were covered and the day went so smoothly. Everyone was treated like royalty. The food was delicious and the space was the perfect. I recommend the TCC for anyone wanting an upscale, elegant venue with exceptional staff. Monika and Brittany, thank you for making our day so special! Truly was the best day ever! -

The team at Terminal City Club was amazing. From the moment we met with the Catering Manager, we knew this was a special place. They responded to all my emails promptly and usually with a follow up question that I hadn’t thought of. On the day of our wedding, the team made us, and all of our guests feel special. They were all so kind and helpful. The food was amazing all of our guests kept telling us how impressed they were with the quality of the buffet.
We did rent other chairs, but the Catering Manager gave us the name and number of the company she uses (Vancouver Chiavari Chairs) and it finished off the whole room! -

Perfect wedding venue
We had a NYE wedding and I can’t even begin to describe how perfect this venue was! We were in the presidents ballroom and it was amazing. Perfect size for 130 people which was attached to the outside balcony which came to great use for us. The buffet was great, and staff was prompt and provided excellent service. I worked with Brittany throughout all of 2018 to plan the wedding and she was ALWAYS on top of things. Her responses were quick and precise, and she is very organized. Brittany and her team made things easy and she was a pleasure to work with during what could be the most stressful time. Thank you to the terminal city club for helping me with my dream wedding!!! -
