Nestled on the edge of Fort Langley, Redwoods Golf Course offers a picturesque all-inclusive outdoor venue for weddings to take place. Spectacular panoramic views of the coastal mountains and the manicured fairways of a world-class golf course create an unparalleled backdrop for both your ceremony and reception. This breathtaking view and beautifully polished setting create an elegant mood for your entire wedding day.
Facilities and Capacity
A wooden bridge crossing a uniquely designed water feature marks the entrance to the wedding ceremony site. Couples exchange their vows atop a grand three-step curved staircase surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and towering redwood trees.
Following the "I do's," your wedding reception will take place under our magnificent marquee tent where you can romance the night away! Directly behind the head table is the spectacular panoramic view of the coastal mountains meeting the manicured fairways of a golf course. Together these create an unparalleled backdrop to your wedding reception during daylight and an even more breathtaking locale for sunset photos in the evening. Dine on a delicious chef-inspired meal under the romantic twinkle of mini-lights and chandeliers in our gorgeously decorated outdoor event space and romance the night away with your family and friends—an evening that you and your guests will remember for a lifetime.
We exclusively host only one wedding per day ensuring that your wedding is our absolute priority.
Services Offered
Couples booking at Redwoods can enjoy the ease of an all-inclusive wedding package. In the all-inclusive wedding package, couples are provided with customized décor including floral centrepiece arrangements, as well DJ services. Also included are complete coordination services prior to the wedding as well as day of, set up and take down of the venue, a gourmet dinner, wine service, champagne service, all staff for the event, and everything that needs to happen before and throughout the big day. Our Special Event Coordinators and their entire team provide outstanding and seamless service from the very first meeting until the very end of the big day which takes the stresses and worries out of the couple’s best day.

The Best Wedding Venue, Hands Down!
100% without a doubt, Redwoods is an incredible venue and the quality and value is unmatched. When we were looking for a place to get married, everything was incredibly expensive and the amount of work to get things coordinated would have been massive. After seeing the Redwoods venue for the first time in person and speaking with the staff, I was relieved to learn about how much is included and how much they take care of for you. They do it all. We're talking, all the decor, venue and ceremony space, dinner, canapes, late night snack, dessert, champagne tower, alcohol, DJ, day of coordination, local wine on the tables.
Every detail is thought of and taken care of for you and my husband and I are so happy to have celebrated our wedding there.
The outdoor ceremony space absolutely beautiful and the reception space is even more stunning under the tent with string lights and perfectly crafted decor.
The food was incredible which you get to try before hand of course. We had so many compliments about the food and how the entire evening played out without a hitch. My husband even joked a few days later and said how he wants to do it all over again, that's how much fun we had.

Perfect Venue!
We are so happy we chose Redwoods for our wedding venue! The staff made everything so easy, from initial planning to the big day. Desiree especially was amazing, taking care of everything so that we could just enjoy the day. Everything went according to plan and the food was so good. Our guests were impressed by how punctual everything was, and loved the music from DJ Jamieson.

Such an amazing wedding venue!!!
We are so incredibly thankful to have worked with such an amazing team at Redwoods Golf Course for our wedding. Throughout the whole process - from initially viewing the venue to enjoying our menu tasting experience to working through details at the rehearsal to finally enjoying our special day - we felt so supported and could not recommend this venue enough, especially if you're looking for all-inclusive services (so much of our stress was alleviated as food/catering, DJ, decor, etc. was all included!).
A special thanks to Lynnea (our wonderful day-of coordinator/primary point of contact at Redwoods) for all her support and encouragement!! It was also a pleasure working with Tracey (decor) and Jamieson (DJ).

Amazing Venue, Better Staff!
We are so grateful for Desiree being our wedding coordinator and the entire Redwoods staff's incredible role on putting together our wedding day. It was an incredible experience and we couldn't have done it without them.

Redwoods positive review
Getting married at Redwoods was the best decision my husband and I made during the planning process. Wedding planning can be SO stressful and almost like a full time job - but Redwoods and our coordinator, Desiree, made our lives so easy. She was extremely helpful with any questions we had and responded so quickly. We cannot recommend Redwoods more for your wedding. From its absolutely beautiful ceremony spot and photo sites to the organization and prompt responses - we couldn’t be happier!

Absolutely the ultimate venue and best day we could have asked for! from the first meeting to the end of our wedding day everything went perfectly with more than we could ask for. We are so incredibly happy we found this venue for our wedding. The package included so much and the set up and atmosphere was so clean, pretty and perfect for all parts of our day- ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. The event coordinator was outstanding! She made sure to check off all what we wanted, she helped me weekly with what was to be done and answered all my questions promptly. She was a pleasure to work with and was so organized with the small details and the flow of our rehersal and the wedding day!! We really can't say enough about the venue, the staff , the food, the DJ and overall support with everything. They truly care and make sure your day is perfect ! THANKS AGAIN SO VERY MUCH :)

We can't recommend Lynnea and the team at Redwoods highly enough! From the very beginning, we knew Lynnea was the perfect match for us. Her calm, professional presence gave us total peace of mind throughout the planning process - especially on the big day.
Our wedding felt completely seamless and stress-free, thanks to Lynnea. Her poise and experience showed in every little detail, from keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes (even managing my mini bouquet fiasco!) to thoughtful touches like bringing a water bowl for our dog Zeus the moment he arrived, something that really stuck with us.
The venue itself was absolutely stunning. We chose this specifically for the raised stage and surrounding greenery - there were other venues that had a similar set up but it was more open and made it feel "exposed" and less intimate. The setup was flawless, the lush greenery and florals created the most magical atmosphere, and every corner of Redwoods felt like it was made for our day. The entire team was nothing less than amazing: professional, kind, and clearly dedicated to making our wedding as special as possible.

Absolutely Perfect!
From the first inquiry we made to our wedding day, everything with Redwoods was executed flawlessly and we felt so taken care of! Anytime we had questions, we emailed our coordinator, Jill, and she got back to us instantly and always provided the most helpful advice. They were super flexible in scheduling our reception, as well as accommodating last minute changes. For the 9-12 months leading up to our wedding, I had so many people asking me if I was stressed...and I wasn't, because the Redwoods Team takes care of absolutely everything, I didn't have to worry about a thing! You definitely get your money's worth for the exceptional food, service and hospitality they provide.
If you want personalized, professional service and a dream venue for your special day, I highly recommend having your wedding at Redwoods :)

A amazing wedding venue
From beginning to end, working with Lynnea and the Redwoods team was easy and we felt so well taken care of. They were very responsive to any questions and helped guide us through the planning process and day. Having many of the vendors included in the package also helps ease the stress and work of planning a wedding. The day of the wedding went perfectly and you can tell they are seasoned vets and hosting weddings. They helped make our day extra special and ensured it went perfect.

Best day ever!!!
We actually booked Redwoods even before we were officially engaged—we loved the location that much! From the very beginning, Jill, Desiree, and the entire team were incredibly helpful, organized, and supportive. I never once felt stressed as a bride.

Thank you for considering the Redwoods Golf Course as your wedding venue! I am the Sales Manager at Redwoods and I have been working here since 2007.
In my time at Redwoods, I have coordinated over 500 weddings. I love being able to work with couples to make the process of planning a wedding totally stress-free and the best experience possible. Helping make a couple's dream wedding come to life is the greatest!
