100% without a doubt, Redwoods is an incredible venue and the quality and value is unmatched. When we were looking for a place to get married, everything was incredibly expensive and the amount of work to get things coordinated would have been massive. After seeing the Redwoods venue for the first time in person and speaking with the staff, I was relieved to learn about how much is included and how much they take care of for you. They do it all. We're talking, all the decor, venue and ceremony space, dinner, canapes, late night snack, dessert, champagne tower, alcohol, DJ, day of coordination, local wine on the tables.
Every detail is thought of and taken care of for you and my husband and I are so happy to have celebrated our wedding there.
The outdoor ceremony space absolutely beautiful and the reception space is even more stunning under the tent with string lights and perfectly crafted decor.
The food was incredible which you get to try before hand of course. We had so many compliments about the food and how the entire evening played out without a hitch. My husband even joked a few days later and said how he wants to do it all over again, that's how much fun we had.

Words cannot describe how happy my wife and I are with the experience Redwood's gave us for a wedding. Not only were the majority of items needed to produce a wedding were included for us, the quality of every aspect they provided as phenomenal. First off, Desiree was amazing, super responsive, honest, professional, and kept everything running so smoothly the day of. She was also flexible and making sure everything we needed was ready and prepared.
The food was incredible. We had so many people come up to us and say the quality was amazing. My wife and I wished we could have eaten more but we were going through the wedding stresses!
The ceremony spot was so beautiful and the layout of the grounds was gorgeous, along with all the flowers. The weather decided to cooperate for us the moment the ceremony was about to begin. It was raining all day and the moment the sun came out the staff were drying all the seats and making sure there were no wet surfaces for the guest to sit on.
The DJ was also included in the package. Jamieson lit up the dance floor for us. The music was bumping from minute one and it kept going until we had to end the night.
When you choose Redwoods, they give you recommended vendors for photographers, decor, etc and everyone they recommended was superb. They gave us the perfect night, everyone was talking about it the day after and we were constantly being told how amazing the night was. We wish we could relive that night again. I am not saying this because it was my own wedding, but that was probably the best wedding experience I have ever had. I have been telling my friends if they get married please choose Redwoods because we want to be a guest experiencing that.
Again, The whole process and package was incredible. I hope everyone involved love what they do because They produced one of the best nights of our life. I am sure I am missing more details but everything Redwood's gave us was 10/10 we had zero problems/concerns the day of. -

Our coordinator Nicole handled every detail, making our wedding pretty much stress free. Thank you Nicole! You are amazing.
The food was top notch and got tons of compliments. Extremely fancy for a buffet!
The location is isolated, surrounded by huge trees and mountains, and garden-like for pictures.
So many elements are included so we hardly had to manage any vendors at all.
Compared to friends who did everything themselves, the pricing came out pretty much the same--but we did way way less work since Redwoods covers almost everything.

We had a wonderful experience with Redwoods! The team was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Everything on our wedding day was executed seamlessly, allowing us to enjoy every moment. The food was also absolutely delicious, and our guests couldn't stop complimenting it! A special thank you to our day-of coordinator, Nicole, who was amazing. She brought everything together effortlessly, kept everything running smoothly, and made the day stress-free. We highly recommend Redwoods! -

As a bride with a smaller budget but still wanting to make sure every detail was perfect, I looked into almost every venue in the lower mainland and i booked redwoods immediately after i toured it. Redwoods felt like the only venue where their goal was for the wedding to be everything i dreamed of rather than a cash grab. My family told me something always goes wrong on your wedding day and I can say that at redwoods not a single thing went wrong. The decorations by Tracey exceeded my expectations, The food was amazing(coming from a food snob), Nicole is an outstanding coordinator and i could not recommend her enough. After the wedding so many guests told me they loved the food, the decor and also noticed how incredible Nicole and the rest of the staff was. They were also very accommodating for guests with allergies, we had guests allergic to nuts, eggs, gluten and shellfish. I genuinely feel redwoods is the best wedding venue out there. -

Wow—where do we even start? Redwoods is, without a doubt, the best wedding venue!
From our very first meeting to the rehearsal (which is included with your booking) and our wedding day, every part of the experience was exceptional. The team answered our countless emails, questions, and inquiries so quickly, and their organization made the entire planning process feel effortless.
Nicole was the best wedding coordinator we could have ever dreamed of having. She made sure everything ran perfectly, kept us on schedule, and calmed our nerves before the ceremony. Throughout the evening, she checked in on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed, which truly showed how much she cares and goes above and beyond for her couples.
One thing we loved was Redwoods’ recommended vendor list. Every recommendation was incredible! The food was absolutely amazing, and our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was. The dessert spread was fantastic and had something for everyone—but the mini donuts were definitely the biggest hit!
The DJ, Jamieson, was phenomenal. We planned to allow song requests after 10 p.m., but honestly, there was no need because he read the room so well and kept the dance floor packed all night long.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The beautiful indoor-outdoor setting creates such a magical atmosphere, and it’s clear that Redwoods has truly thought of every little detail to make your day seamless and unforgettable.
We truly cannot thank Redwoods and Nicole enough for making our wedding day so perfect from start to finish. It exceeded every expectation we had, and it was such an incredible experience that we wish we could do it all over again.
If you’re considering Redwoods as your wedding venue, book it—you won’t regret it. And if you’re lucky enough to have Nicole as your coordinator, you’ll be in the very best hands.

Redwoods was amazing to work with. They have amazing prices and their venue is just stunning. Anything you want, they will try their best to make it happen! Everyone who worked with us was super professional, kind and knowledgeable.
Now, don't even get me started on the food... it is SO GOOD! Everyone who attended our wedding were raving about the food afterwards, especially the vegetables, prime rib and salmon. If you are foodies, Redwoods might be the venue for you!! -

This venue was gorgeous! Jill, our day of coordinator at the site was super kind, attentive, and very professional. The food was amazing and our guests loved it! I would highly recommend this venue especially since it was under a tent and has that indoor and outdoor feel. -

We are so happy we chose Redwoods for our wedding venue! The staff made everything so easy, from initial planning to the big day. Desiree especially was amazing, taking care of everything so that we could just enjoy the day. Everything went according to plan and the food was so good. Our guests were impressed by how punctual everything was, and loved the music from DJ Jamieson. -

We are so incredibly thankful to have worked with such an amazing team at Redwoods Golf Course for our wedding. Throughout the whole process - from initially viewing the venue to enjoying our menu tasting experience to working through details at the rehearsal to finally enjoying our special day - we felt so supported and could not recommend this venue enough, especially if you're looking for all-inclusive services (so much of our stress was alleviated as food/catering, DJ, decor, etc. was all included!).
A special thanks to Lynnea (our wonderful day-of coordinator/primary point of contact at Redwoods) for all her support and encouragement!! It was also a pleasure working with Tracey (decor) and Jamieson (DJ).
