Clymont Community Hall is a unique venue with trees, perrenial gardens, and open grass that you can customize to your style. The hall is located near the University of Alberta Botanical Gardens between Spruce Grove, Devon, and West Edmonton, Alberta and near the Edmonton International Airport. We host events for 150 - 350 guests.

Our facility offers an outdoor gazebo for ceremonies, gardens and mature trees for photos, and a large hall and dance floor to celebrate your special day. We also have a large area for weekend camping.

Services offered

The team of volunteers will work with you to create the special day you've been dreaming about. Services that they offer include:

• Weekend rental package for 150-350 guests Friday-Sunday
• In-house bartending services
• Large dance floor and stage
• Tables and chairs
• Audio equipment including hearing loop for those who are hard of hearing
• Glassware, flatware and china

Package Inclusions

Indoor amenities includes a large air conditioned banquet hall with 39' x 40' dance floor and buffet serving room, 30 round tables that fit 8-10 chairs each, cake table, audio-visual system with projector and mics, coat room, bartenders serving 1 hour prior to dinner until last call, and Butler's kitchen access for approved caterers.

Outdoor amenities include a perennial garden with fountain, BBQ building for rehearsal dinners or lunches, gazebo for ceremonies, horse shoe pits, bunnock pits, camping area (no power, water, or sewer), and playground. There are many manure trees and open field areas for unique and beautiful photographs!
