Host your romantic wedding with up to 120 guests in our sprawling outdoor spaces surrounded by mature trees and greenery — perfect for your ceremony, first looks, and photos. The ceremony site features a handcrafted natural wood arch and vintage pew seating for a charming, pastoral feel.
Our cozy barn reception space boasts exposed wooden beams, warm vintage lighting, and a customizable layout to fit your vision. Adjacent is a separate catering pavilion, making event logistics seamless. You and your guests will enjoy exclusive use of the entire property, with ample onsite parking and wheelchair accessibility (we recommend flat footwear due to natural terrain).

The Woven Willow is a passion project for us all, however Mike has been the 'hands on guy' building everything from scratch putting the 'vision' into reality - making The Woven Willow a breathtaking venue! Mike's strive for perfection, unwavering committment to always step it up, and shear determination have resulted in a venue we are so proud of and excited to share with everyone!
Mike continues to work tirelessly on our venue making it into a unique setting for any event. You will always find him puttering here and there in an effort to continue to add to our original vision.
Heather is all about the 'details'! Her goal is to ensure that the most important day of your life is planned in intricate detail - from impeccable decor to professional and passionate hosting - and customized with the perfection you deserve.
Although The Woven Willow offers a 'rustic and elegant' theme, Heather's ability to make the venue and overall vibe reflect each couples' individual personalities is truly what makes The Woven Willow stand out!
If couples require a little more assistance in the coordination of their special day - Heather is there to ensure all runs smoothly.
Chelsea is Mike and Heather's daughter and is passionate about everything wedding! Her serving and bartending experience has proven essential as she takes on the bartending role (if requested) by our couples.
Chelsea's outgoing nature, love of people and professional demeanor prove to be a great fit behind the bar as your guests are treated with the attention they deserve.
When not bartending, you can find Chelsea helping her mom (Heather) decorating for each event and assisting with everything from setting up to taking down.
