Facilities and capacity
Chilliwack Golf Club services engagement parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, and receptions. The outdoor wedding and banquet centre known as the Canex Pavilion can comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests and features an incredible golf course and mountain views. This venue is unique to Chilliwack and the Fraser Valley, providing the only outdoor setting of its kind in this region. Ease-of-access is a priority for the team, with ample parking spaces available for guests on-site.
Services Offered
The experienced wedding planning team will get to know each soon-to-be newlywed on a personal level, developing an understanding of their dream vision. They will guide you through the coordination process from start to finish, putting you and your beloved at ease. Engaged couples can choose from a variety of luxurious event rentals for their nuptials including tents, tables, chairs, lighting, and audio equipment. Furniture, decor, and centrepieces are also available. The on-site team is happy to offer set-up and clean-up services in your desired venue space, allowing you to focus on spending time with your loved ones.
Cuisine
Chilliwack Golf Club provides delicious catering options for weddings and other special occasions. Clients can choose from cocktail receptions, buffet-style meals, hors d’ oeuvres, family-style meals, plated meals, desserts, and more. Skilled bartenders are also available to prepare an array of refreshing beverages including champagne toasts, signature drinks, specialty beer, specialty wine, and premium liquor.

The all-inclusive option offered incredible value for everything provided! Valley Weddings brought our vision to life with their decor, Reddy Made Cakes created the yummiest desserts, and Party with Dalen Entertainment had us dancing all night! The vendors were exceptional and made the planning process so easy for us. Many of our guests raved about the buffet! The food was delicious. We also added smores as a late-night snack and loved roasting our marshmallows around the firepit under the string lights.
The ceremony site and pavilion are stunning, with the mountains in the background and beautiful views of the setting sun. Booking the bridal suite was a great decision, too; it was the perfect space for the bridal party to get ready and relax before the events of the day began.
We wouldn’t change anything about our day. It was wonderful, and we are so grateful. To all CGC staff who helped with our wedding, thank you! Everyone we met was so helpful and kind. It truly made our day. We will cherish the memories of this special day forever.
