Amazing food and absolutely beautiful venue.
I don't even know where to start! Josiepine was so kind, thoughtful, professional and responsive through the whole process from setting up to the logistics of our special day. One of my favourite parts about the whole experience is the venue itself. I had around 80 guests and they all sat very comfortably. The view itself was breathtaking as there are gigantic windows as the backdrop of the space, and an area right outside the venue for amazing photos right next to the lake.
They have also really improved the quality of their food as well. The roast beef was buttery and melt in your mouth, and the garlic mashed potatoes are must have. All of the other sides and cocktail hour snacks were also perfect. All my guests were raving about the food by the end of it!
If you have any inquiries or accommodations that need attention to, Josiepine and her team are also very open minded and eager to help. I very much recommend this space for your special day considering the quality you get for the price.

This venue was fantastic. The space was perfect for the size of our wedding which was 85 people. The venue staff were always willing to help and flexible with our timeline.

Beautiful venue for our wedding
We enjoyed the location for the nice views onto the lake and backdrop for photos for our wedding.
Staff were very helpful and made our planning easy. Thank you Josie for answering all of our questions to help in our plans. Thank you Tak for your help the day before and day of. Everyone was friendly and professional. The food was good.

Beautiful and affordable wedding venue
We hosted our wedding here in April 2023. We had booked about a year in advance and the staff we worked with were professional and helpful throughout the process. We mainly worked with Josie and she was super great.
We opted for the city of Burnaby catering that was offered as a package. The food was delicious and our guests were super happy with the quality. This package also included rentals for tables, linens and chairs. The chairs are basic but get the job done. If you want fancy chairs I'd maybe consider renting other ones. If youre not fussed the chairs provided are comfortable. We were fortunate to have access to the space a day in advance. It made decorating much easier in terms of logistics.
We liked the atmosphere of the space and you can really tailor the interior to your own taste. Loved the floor to ceiling windows. And the indoor and outdoor combination was really enjoyable for us and our guests.
Overall, would recommend this venue!

Great Wedding Venue!
Burnaby Lake Rowing Pavillion is a great place to host your wedding. Although fairly plain, the venue has the ability to customize it to your own liking. You cannot go wrong with the whole wall full of windows. It is a beautiful place to host your wedding with lots of trails nearby to do photos.
The one downside, is that the venue is booked almost every weekend. This does not provide you with an opportunity to decorate the day before or have a rehearsal there. However, just hire a team of people to do it the morning of, and it works out great!

I would give a million stars if it were an options. The venue was beautiful and the staff were amazing through out the entire process
I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have the perfect wedding. The pricing is great but what you get is far more than what you pay for. The venue itself is beautiful, Newly renovated with air conditioning too. The scenery is like that out of a fairy tail (our pictures look terrific). The staff were so wonderful and easy to work with and communicate with. Book in advance as if books fast

Beautiful and intimate
This location was a hidden gem. The view was absolutely gorgeous and truly captures the true beauty of British Columbia. Elaine was very quick to respond to our emails. They were able to set up the tables and chairs for us prior to our event, and allowed us to set up our decor the day before (since there were no events). This helped us a lot on the wedding day. We were able to have a "potluck" styled feast after our wedding ceremony. They helped clean up the vendor afterwards which is really helpful. All our guests were amazed at the view. It was absolutely beautiful.

Great venue
This venue was everything I was hoping for my fall wedding. Right by the water with the candeliers and windows, it was everything I was looking for. Elaine was always so great to answer my questions. Would totally recommend
