Bel Acres Golf and Country Club is a wedding venue located just outside Winnipeg, MB. The country club spans 160 acres and is semi-private; offering a retreat for a couple’s special occasion. The setting is tranquil with a countryside feel while still being close to the city. The supportive staff is enthusiastic about sharing their exceptional facilities with couples as they mark their “I do's.”

Facilities and Capacity

The elegantly renovated event spaces at Bel Acres Golf and Country Club are suited to weddings, engagement parties, showers, and rehearsal dinners. Ceremonies can take place in either the clubhouse or the meadow site outside. The clubhouse features a dining room, banquet room, and accessible washrooms; all refurbished to ensure comfort and functionality. From the banquet room, couples and their guests can gaze out onto the landscape through the large windows that allow the space to be flooded with natural light. A dance floor can be set up in the space and there is room for up to 200 guests to join the couple in celebration. Just imagine walking down a rustic country locale leading to the entrance of our newly landscaped ceremony area. Set in a stand of oak trees with a paving stone seating area surrounded by a variety of flowers, trees, and shrubs, this space provides an elegant ambiance to take your first steps as a married couple.

This area can also be used for post ceremony cocktails for your guests while you and your partner take your photos. This intimate meadow setting comes complete with an outdoor sound system, pristine white resin padded chairs, wooden wedding arch and signing tables. You can decorate this area as you please.

200 guests can attend the ceremony and the soon-to-be newlyweds are allowed to decorate this area to fit their theme. There is an outdoor sound system to ensure that family and friends can hear the vows. Inside we can accommodate up to 200 individuals. Adjacent to the banquet hall is the patio, which is surrounded by landscaping and provides guests with a place to enjoy the fresh air. There are many photo opportunities throughout the grounds, from the woodland trails to the manicured gardens and our ever popular fountain.

Services Offered

The team at Bel Acres Golf and Country Club offers a number of services to help make a couple’s big day romantic and special. This includes food and drink. Guests can enjoy a buffet dinner or a three/four-course meal, along with hors d'oeuvres and late-night snacks. Linens, tables, and chairs are provided along with audiovisual equipment for the couple’s convenience. There is plenty of parking at the country club, along with a taxi service for those that require it.
