From the moment we stepped foot on the grounds of Bel Acres, we knew it was the perfect place for us to get married. The ceremony space is absolutely magical — a beautifully crafted wooded path leads to a secluded grove of trees, creating an intimate and serene setting. The flow of the clubhouse is also incredibly thoughtful, with two entrances to the reception area and convenient doors to the patio. Our guests raved about how spacious and comfortable the venue felt — there was never any sense of congestion or bottlenecking, even with a full crowd.
Amanda, the in-house event coordinator at Bel Acres, was truly the heart and soul of our planning experience. From our first inquiry to the big day (and even afterward), she was an absolute dream to work with. Amanda is quick to respond, easy to talk to, incredibly knowledgeable, and 100% dedicated to making your wedding day perfect. Her organization and eye for detail brought our vision to life — we were blown away by how beautifully everything came together.
The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of throughout the day. Whether it was keeping us fed and hydrated, fluffing dresses, or making sure the ceremony space stayed quiet despite the nearby golf course, they handled everything with grace and professionalism. A special shout-out to the kitchen staff — our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was!
Bel Acres is not only a stunning venue on its own, but its team — especially with Amanda at the helm — makes it an exceptional place to begin your forever. We will always look back on our wedding day with the warmest, most joyful memories, and we can’t recommend this venue highly enough to future couples.

My wife and I had our wedding here last weekend (June 7th) and cannot express enough how fantastic this venue was, especially the wedding coordinator, Amanda. It did rain during our ceremony time, but the backup space in the dining hall was a wonderful option. Amanda and crew helped make sure everything still went off without a hitch. In fact, Amanda went so far above and beyond, not just the day of our wedding, but through the entire process. She was like our wedding genie, anticipating everything we could ask for and delivering with a smile. We got many compliments from our guests on the food, and the serving and bar staff were also top-notch. There was not one single thing we had a problem with. We cannot recommend Amanda and this venue enough! Thank you so much for help making our big day a one to remember! -

The best wedding decision we made was deciding to book at Bel Acres. Amanda and the staff were absolutely amazing to deal with. Every question and request we had was answered with a yes we can do that no problem. Our day was a breeze with no issues whatsoever (or if there was both me and my husband had no idea about it). Amanda was so attentive to all the details and making sure the venue was set up exactly how we wanted it. The food was amazing, the bartenders were more than attentive to all the drink orders. It was perfect having all the vendors reach out to us and Bel Acres making arrangements for everything to be delivered/picked up. It made wedding planning so less stressful. I can’t thank the staff and Amanda specifically enough for making all of our wedding dreams come true. It was the best day ever!Bel Acres Golf and Country Club's reply:

Highly recommend getting married at Bel Acres
We got married at Bel Acres in mid-September 2023 and it was truly amazing! The best choice we could have made. Having an all inclusive package took so much stress off of us. All the vendors were organized through Bel Acres and were great to work with. This took a ton of stress off our shoulders of having to find and organize our own vendors, not to mention how much value there is in their packages. The best part of all is the wedding coordinator Amanda. She is simply sensational. She answered all our questions and accommodated our every request. The day of the wedding she was there before we arrived and was still there when we left at 1am. She made sure every minute of our day was executed exactly as we envisioned. We were able to relax and enjoy our day knowing she had everything under control and for that we are so grateful. Even when the dinner started late, she adjusted and the food came out hot and delicious. Huge kudos to her and her team. Bel Acres was an amazing venue for our wedding. The new ceremony space, amazing patio, and reception room were all beautiful and provided fantastic locations for our guests. The patio especially was an amazing spot for attendees to enjoy a cocktail and snacks. In addition, the bridal cottage was a great spot for the wedding party to chill and have some snacks as we we waited for the ceremony to start. Our guests all commented on how much they loved the physical space.
With a wedding already being so busy and stressful to plan, we really appreciated how Bel Acres did everything for us. It was so helpful to have them do little things, like print menus, seating charts, and place cards; amongst other things that we would have had to find someone else to do for us. They have numerous vendors that provided all of the services that we needed, such as decor, an officiant, and DJ.
Bel Acres' wedding planner, Amanda, was amazing. She helped to prepare so many of the details of the wedding that we might have forgotten or struggled to do. She was there for the entire evening to ensure things were running smoothly and to ensure that everything was up to our specifications. She was flexible and helped us to create the vision for our wedding that we wanted, such as having an ice cream bar for dessert instead of a traditional option.
Overall, we recommend Bel Acres to everyone. They are a fantastic venue to work with, the views are spectacular, and our reception was a blast. Our wedding was fantastic and we owe a lot of that to the venue and the wedding planner.

2022 Summer Wedding
We initially were booked at a different venue, but due to the pandemic we had to switch our date leading to us needing to find a new venue. Amanda made planning go so smoothly, she was very quick at responding to any of my questions, and she kept me on task with planning. The decor ended up being exactly what I envisioned, simple rustic chic. The grounds were beautiful and they let us get around on golf carts. The "get ready" house was perfect, we had access all day and it made getting ready so much easier to be right on site. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone searching. The price we paid was roughly the same of the other venue we were originally booked at but Bel Acres offered us WAY more for our money. We had the most amazing experience getting married at Bel Acres, there wasn’t a hiccup in our wedding day and we got so many compliments on how beautiful our day was. The food was fantastic, the decor was identical to how I pictured it, Amanda the coordinator was fantastic to work with throughout the process and communication was always a breeze. They were flexible with our needs. Pricing was phenomenal and we were shocked at our final bill with how low the cost was for how great everything was!
